New Features

  • Email Auto Responder: This is located under the Email Settings. When enabled, senders receive an automatic reply when their email first arrives in the HOA inbox. Select a first day and last day (optional). Along with this there is a tool to notify another email address (board member) if there has been no reply within a certain timeframe.

Enhancements

  • Voting Email receipt: Because of Florida Law and other state laws some voting campaigns require an electronic receipt. Therefore, we built an automated receipt that confirms the vote after submission. This receipt includes the campaign name, timestamp and URL to review the responses.
  • Check Batch alterations log: We're now recording if a check gets updated/changed from an existing check batch along with the timestamp and user who moved it. This will be located under the payment details and “activity” section.
  • Tools > Dues Manager: We now show “all” units in the rows even if they don't have a current due.
  • Bill Pay: Added a change log to track deactivated and activated accounts.
  • Tools > Payment Processing Application: If the user has saved info but hasn't submitted it yet, the status now says:
    Status: Pending (Not submitted for review)
  • Violations: Added a “blocked” status if the email is non-deliverable, preventing users from continuing to send violations or request communications to invalid email addresses.
  • ACH failures on Fee Listener: We now ensure that when an ACH payment fails from an owner's payment method, the $1.99 fee is properly shown on the account.
  • Invoice notes: Improved invoice note spacing so content does not wrap to the next page as quickly.
  • Validation for Bill Pay: HOAs are now required to have a merchant account before enabling Bill Pay so we can properly complete KYC/KYB verification.
  • Recurring Dues / Dues Manager: Added the ability to fully customize due descriptions.

  • Typing contractor email addresses: Contractor email addresses now auto-populate while typing contractor names/emails.
  • Accounting: Added an icon indicator if a transaction has a file attachment.

Bug Fixes

  • GL record on deleted bank account connection had an adjustment issue because the connection was previously deleted (fixed)
  • Board events were showing on the owner calendar side (fixed)
  • Added validation to prevent forward rules from creating email loops by forwarding to the HOA’s own email address
  • Added an error alert when attempting to create an event without a date
  • Improved board tasks mobile responsiveness
  • Fixed email thread counts showing multiple emails incorrectly in menu notifications
  • Fixed issue with delete_specific_invoices one-time script
  • Fixed “Days Behind” sorting in the Unit Detail Balance Report
