• EasyHOA Bill Pay: This feature is now active and ready to go. It's quite extensive; you can learn everything by clicking the bill pay support link
• Tools > Committee > Notifications: We added a new notification for committee members assigned to a specific request type and for them to be notified when the owner send a reply to a specific request communication via email. (last column under the committee notifications page)

Enhancements

• Email Inbox: We're "auto refreshing" the inbox when a new email comes into the HOA's inbox while the page is open and sitting there. 
• Email inbox: within an email thread we're showing the reply & forward button in the bottom footer instead of making the user scroll all the way to the bottom of a long email thread. 
• On Phone calls for the recordings we are now showing more details within the call recording of the sender and the recipient names.
• We added some more logs within the "survey/voting campaigns" to be able to monitor and log phone numbers/text messages better for future questions about deliverability.
• Owner page: we display the phone number on this page and we're showing a tag next to the number if it has been blocked (landline or undeliverable) etc. we added an alert if a text tries to be attempted to sent to a number like this to let the end user know.
• We added a new placeholder for the templates section called [[secondary_owner_names]]
• owner app login page: we added a "show" button to see the password

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue with email attachments not displaying properly
• EasyHOA logo in the Google App store vs when it's downloaded was different.
• Fixed an issue with generating a General Ledger PDF when it's 6 months or more with a lot of data. It was timing out and saying "Failed to Fetch" but we worked on it to generate still.
• Fixed a bug with Email forwarding not working properly
• Fixed the sorting for "survey > Groups" the filtering of the first column to filter the "selected" recipients a the top of the page.
• Fixed a revenue by fee type discrepancy vs the revenue report
• Fixed a scenario where the formatting of a date for a due's description was in the wrong format it was DD/MM/YYYY and should be MM/DD/YYYY
• Fixed a scenario where we couldn't "unarchive" a unit
• Fixed a bug with transferring blank GL transactions which cause duplication. issue was targeted with the transactions not having a category steup.
• Fixed a bug where we couldn't archive a violation
