Enhancements
- On the contractor/payee pages, we added a section that shows approvals tied to that specific contractor. We also introduced an “Archive” button to hide items users no longer need to see. This can be used as a task list to track completed work orders or to clean up long lists.
- Approvals → Rules: Added “Contractor/Payee” as a field for automated rules.
- Owners list: The horizontal scroll bar now always displays when needed, making it easier to navigate large datasets (previously only appeared on hover).
- Payment summary page updates:
- “Invoice” → “Download”
- “Continue” → “Pay Now”
- Added a “Pay Now” button at the bottom of the page for easier access
- Units → Billing History → Partially Paid Line Items: Improved the invoice download to include more detail, such as original amount, partial payments, and remaining balance.
- Owner Alterations Log:
- Added tracking for enabling/disabling “login enabled”
- Updated “login” timestamp to reflect successful login instead of last login attempt
- Pay Bill (Beta): Added the ability to stop payments on bills created through the software.
- Unit Notes: Introduced a text editor for improved formatting.
- Email Signature: Reply signatures now appear at the top of the text area instead of the bottom.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue where adding an approver to an existing approval rule would fail.
- Fixed formatting issues in accounting reconciliation notes when multiple rows/lines were present.
- Fixed issue where image uploaders were incorrectly shown as the request creator.
- Fixed dashboard ticker counts that were off for some HOAs.
- Fixed recurring calendar events showing different dates between list and calendar views.
- Fixed missing address fields when creating new contractors.
- Fixed custom date fields defaulting to today’s date when left empty.
- Added validation to ensure users belong to the correct organization/HOA before access (dashboard → My Account → EULA link).
- Fixed multi-matrix survey widget not working on website forms (while working elsewhere).
- Fixed revenue by fee type report discrepancies based on payment timing and credit creation.
- Resolved legacy issue causing mismatches between unit balances, credits, and billing history (applied fix to affected older accounts).
- Fixed approval rules where approvers were not matching correctly on the edit page.
- Fixed recurring event date inconsistencies on the owner-facing events list.
