New Feature

• Bulk Status Updates (Violations & Requests):
  You can now update multiple violations or requests at once.
  • Select items using the new checkboxes in the main list
  • Click “Bulk Actions” to change status or archive multiple items simultaneously

Enhancements

• Phone → Text / Calls:
  • Added Spam and Unsubscribe buttons to the Phone Call page (previously only available on the text page)
• Request Reports:
  • Added a toggle to include archived requests in reports
• Requests & Violations (Creation):
  • Added a searchable unit dropdown to quickly find units, especially helpful for larger HOAs
• Approval Placeholders:
  • Added new placeholders for approval communications:
    • Name of Approval
    • Approval Type
    • Link to Approval
  • These are now automatically included in new approval emails (editable/removable by users)

Bug Fixes

• Fixed error: “All recipients suppressed in contact method” when sending mass emails with a blacklisted address
• Fixed discrepancy between Revenue by Fee Type and Revenue reports
• Fixed formatting issues in News content editor (bold text and bullet points)
• Fixed recurring events continuing indefinitely despite having an end date
• Fixed violation rules not functioning properly
• Fixed Receipt PDF issue where negative values (credits) were not displaying correctly due to formatting/margins
• Corrected mismatched phone numbers and owner names across the system
• Fixed duplicate email threads caused by SendGrid retrying inbound emails
  • Improved handling by processing inbound emails as tasks and consistently returning a 200 response
• Fixed validation issue where request/violation creation did not properly verify owner/unit relationships
