• Email & Phone Validation: Added validation for email addresses and phone numbers.

• Calendar:
  • Added an “Add to My Calendar” button to sync events with Google or Apple calendars via a URL feed. Instructions are provided when clicking the button in the website calendar view

Enhancements

• Unit → Billing History → Payment Details:
• • Introduced an “Activity” section to provide better visibility into transaction history. Tracks scenarios such as unapplied payments, credit creation, and their later use. Includes links to related transactions for full traceability
• Website → News & Events:
  • Added expiration dates for automatic archiving
  • Improved custom sorting for news and events
• Templates → Surveys:
  • Added the “Campaign Name” placeholder to the available placeholder list
• Spam Filtering:
  • Lowered the spam threshold from 4.8 to 4.5 (out of 5) to better catch unwanted emails
• My Team (User Creation):
  • Added a confirmation alert when creating a new user, notifying admins that an invitation email will be sent
• Terminology Update:
  • Updated wording across the platform from “due” to “dues” to better align with standard HOA terminology
• Bill Pay (Beta):
  • Added the ability to mark bank accounts as inactive

Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue where uploaded files were not visible in the calendar event edit view
• Fixed survey logo upload handling in Google Storage to prevent survey detail display issues
• Fixed issue where archived news announcements still appeared in the owner app
• Fixed incorrect phone number/name pairing in the Texting page
• Fixed Owner App → Notification Preferences layout issues (scrolling and screen resizing)
• Fixed refund issue when the fee listener payment group is enabled (processing fees are no longer incorrectly refunded)
• Fixed violation notifications to include details when a file or image is added
• Fixed validation to prevent duplicate HOA custom email addresses
• Fixed edge case in the new Activity section where credits applied across multiple transactions were not logging correctly
