- Contact Form: Incoming emails are now created as individual threads instead of being grouped into a single thread.
- Pay Bill (Beta):
- Added a “Stop Payment” flag. Improved internal billing logic for stopped payments prior to processing.
- Requests: Requests that are not assigned to a unit can now be edited and assigned to a unit.
- HOA Email Validation: Added validation to prevent duplicate or previously used HOA email addresses.
- Violation Settings → Rules:
- Existing rules can now be edited
- Added Committee Members to the notifications dropdown
- Email Groups: Added a new email group for Contractors
- Outbound Phone Calls:
- Added a setting to disable call recording for outbound calls, this supports compliance with states requiring two-party consent

- Added expiration dates for automatic archiving of news and events
- Added custom sorting, which reflects on both the website and owner view

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue in Pay Bill (Beta) where end-of-month service invoices were being duplicated.
- Fixed missing account input field on the contractor edit page.
- Fixed edge case in the Revenue by Fee Type report involving multiple credits and original transaction sources.
- Fixed issue where archived chart of accounts appeared as blank in the General Ledger dropdown.
- Fixed attachments being incorrectly added when forwarding emails from Owners → Communications.
- Fixed the issue where violation rule notifications were not sending.
- Fixed “Call Owner” button in Inbox → Text not functioning.
- Fixed payments issue where inactive invoice line items were incorrectly being paid (legacy bug).
