New Features: 
  • Calendar Tool: We added this calendar to the existing "Events" within the website. We created a traditional calendar look that can be the default view over the list view of events. We also created a way to make recurring events. In the future we will add more capabilities to this calendar. This calendar shows on the website and the owners app as well.
Enhancements:
  • Email Compose: We renamed the "choose template" button with "Replace Email With Template" so the user knows exactly how it works and what will happen. We also added a label to the "select template" so they know they can "start from a template (optional)
  • Email subject line: We originally built the email tool so that if the subject line was exactly the same, then we would lump them into the same email thread. The purpose was to help the forms, website contact forms etc to lump all into the same thread. We are using best practices and removing that logic.
  • Contractors page: on the details page for the contractors we're showing the Approvals related to that specific contractor if applicable. We are now showing the "approved date" of the approval next to each one.
  • Email tools > We added the "name" of the buttons when you hover over them within an email thread.
  • Import tool > Worked on some help verbiage for the customer to be aware that notifications can go out automatically 10 days before the due as a reminder and where they can adjust or change those settings. We also worked on adding some validation for a negative due amount or if the amount column has text instead of a number. 
  • Limited User Team Member - This can now have a permission for survey/voting campaigns to be an option to be turned on or off. 
  • Tools > print > Invoices: we worked on some formatting for this so the text is darker. We also worked on showing the HOA email address and HOA phone number, and additional owners of the unit if there are any. 
Bug Fixes:
  • Accounting tools > The "split transaction" feature had an enhancement done to correctly route transactions that had a split with a positive and a negative to the same account. (fixed!)
  • The split transaction fix caused the GL balance to be thrown off. (fixed)
  • New calendar - we are now "auto-refreshing" the calendar after we add a new event. So it can immediately be seen on the calendar.
  • Violation images/files are not showing when a violation has been archived (fixed!)
  • some website verbiages within the News/events had some weird special characters within the text (fixed!)
  • Duplicate email notifications were being sent to committee members when there was new activity for a request that they were tied to. (fixed!)
  • Email Drafts with attachments: there was a bug where if it was a draft, then we couldn't remove files from the draft (fixed!)
  • Calendar - we noticed that on the mobile app the calendar buttons were too big and covered the visual part of the calendar. We fixed this to look better. We also fixed the "upload file" button that wasn't working. Having the repeat work on the correct day it's supposed to be was verified and fixed.
  • Fixed a bug where the invoice PDF had some text that was overlapping on other text. (fixed!)
