New Feature:
- Inbox > Phone: On the Voicemails page, we added a "transcription" button that displays the voicemail audio clip as text (available from 2/25/26 forward; not retroactive). We also added the duration of each voicemail, and we added a "text back" button for you to quickly send a text back from this screen
Enhancements:
- Phone > Text > Search: We improved the search capability. If you type a name in the search bar, it will show suggested names. If you type something and click the magnifying glass icon, it will filter all text messages that contain that keyword.
- Voting/Survey Campaigns: We added the End Time option to specify when the campaign should end.
- Request Creation (Owner side): To help owners distinguish between form upload images and request upload images, we created a divider and labeled it more clearly.
- Violations: We added a placeholder for the [[estimated completion date]] within violations
- ACH Failure Notifications will be sent to the primary account owner: When an ACH payment fails, we mark it as failed in the software and then notify the HOA, and the primary owner on the account. We will show these notifications in the Owners' notification log on the owners' page.
- Directory Settings: We added a "hide" toggle button, which will "hide the HOA directory for the owners' login pages if this is toggled to be on.
- Accounting Tools: We added a new category option when you mass-edit transactions & journal entries to save time.
Bugs:
- Violations, and printing a letter on an iPhone wasn't saving the PDF to the phone. We fixed how the attachment is downloaded (fixed!)
- Forwarding an email with attachments wasn't attaching (fixed!)
- Uploading an image for an owner profile doesn't show the "successful alert" (fixed!)
- Accounting GL transaction split: Found a bug when it was being split 4 ways into the same category (fixed!)
- Email Thread: We fixed the email signature showing in the replies. And we also fixed the subject line being attached to a previous email thread if it matches exactly.
- Request Communication Log: if a new email is sent from the request and the HOA has a custom email address, we are sending the email from the custom email address instead of the @easyhoa.email address.
- Email Drafts: the "renter group" wasn't showing anymore (fixed!)
- email preview vs email sent: the formatting was a little off for some features, we fixed... font differences, line spacing, and issues where number and letter bullets didn't carry over. (fixed!)
- Revenue by fee type report: the details for a few type categories weren't showing when clicked on. also worked on the amount, which was a little off. (fixed!)
- Accounting: Budget vs actuals report. An amount was excluded/hidden on this report because it was "archived" even though there 'was' an amount previously for the category. (fixed!)
