Help CenterEnhancements:
- Accounting P&L report: We adjusted the report to show "subtotals" for the sub-accounts of the chart of accounts. This helps break things down even a little more.
- Updated verbiage on a few alerts to be more user-friendly. ie, voting/survey. "Marking an ACH has failed."
- Owner login side: We're now showing the custom unit fields on the unit information tile (if applicable)
- Credit card transactions: we brought back a "zero out" button for the transaction for the scenarios of mistakes by the user if they accidentally charge a cc on the wrong account. Instead of refunding and recharging it with fees, we can just zero it out and add it to the correct account.
- Email Sent > 'status' column. If there are many "sent" emails in the same email thread, we are now showing the status of the most recently sent email. (before, if there were more than 1 sent email in a thread, we weren't showing the 'status')
Bug Fixes:
- Survey results: fixed a bug where, after the initial viewing of the results, you couldn't see them unless you refreshed the page completely. (fixed!)
- When a "multiple-unit payment" happens, we fixed the amounts for the convenience fee in the columns of the disbursement report. (fixed!)
- Tools > print invoices: Fixed a filter on the sorting of the email column (fixed!)
- Sorting: of the document folders to be sorted alphabetically again when you click on the "title" header. (fixed!)
- Email Threads: worked on matching "In-Reply-To" emails with the same subject lines in the same threads a little better. We also worked on the formatting of special characters, such as Hyphens.
- Our new Chatbot feature for support was blocking a save button on the journal entry page. (fixed!)
- Violation fee: it was erroring out when the amount was $.01 (fixed!)
- The Email Pagination button wasn't working (fixed!)
- Couldn't add a JPG image to the templates (fixed!)
- Email Reply and forwarding button is pulling up the attachment file pop-up (fixed!)
- Email Threads: There was sometimes an image thumbnail showing that couldn't be clicked on. This was an image that helps us know if the email was opened or not. We have fixed this so that it's no longer showing and is less confusing (fixed!).
- Emails that are "archived" in the main inbox are not showing in the "archived" section on the Owners > communication page. (fixed!)
- Logo was flipped upside down for an HOA; fixed this scenario.
- Fixed a violation template to support images when printing the template under the violations area of the software.
