New Features:
- Implemented a new Chatbot feature: we added a chatbot to each Dashboard software program to help with questions/support. This chatbot integrates with our new knowledge base support site and can answer a ton of support questions.
Enhancements:
- Custom Email Groups Settings: We enhanced this page to help make it easier for larger HOAs to create new email groups, as well as "edit" current existing email groups. We added checkbox options next to each user.
- Invoice report - We added the "invoice #" to this report.
- Creating Requests: If there's not a unit selected, we are now hiding the notification area because there were no recipients to select for that request type.
- Payment Date: when a payment date is edited to be a different date than originally entered > we are now showing the updated date on the receipt. We are also showing the updated date under the billing history within the details of the payment line item. We are also reflecting the income for the adjusted date on the revenue reports.
- Tools > Committees: We added the same functionality as the "Board" page so that we now have the options to show the phone number/email address on the website or the owner app side. *If enabled on the dashboard side.
- Owner Login side: we made a new tile to hold the info of the HOA, Name, address, email, etc. It didn't make sense to be under the "unit information" table. We also removed the name of who uploaded images/files under the violations page.
- Added Verbiage to Alerts for the Voting/survey campaigns when sending a reminder email. We added some verbiage to help the end user know what to expect. That is when they hit the reminder button, the "delivery method will match the way it was originally sent."
- Accounting settings: IF the bank account connection for some reason stops syncing/connecting. We are not allowing the HOA dashboard users to delete their bank account connection because we continue to have user error of people deleting all of their previous transactions. This will now just be a super admin function going forward. Also, when creating new bank account connections, we are checking for masks and types to pass transactions from old accounts if they match.
- Budget vs actuals report: We are now showing the name of the budget and the name of the HOA on the CSV export file.
- Search bar for units and owners: we worked on this to be a little more intuitive, so when you type something in and then backspace, all the results will show instead of no results like it was doing before.
- We implemented a new knowledge base support site so that our chatbot can automatically be connected to all of our articles, and we only need to update articles in one location.
Bug Fixes:
- Lot Numbers weren't sorted correctly with the sorting filter (fixed!)
- When "Creating a violation," the "unit dropdown" wasn't working (fixed!)
- Un-archiving an owner isn't working (fixed!)
- The order of the "Events" on the website wasn't in order by date, also on the owner's app. (fixed!)
- Keep the order of the board the same on the website as it is on tools > board page (fixed!)
- Time stamp of emails on the owner's side was off 1 day in some scenarios (fixed!)
- The order of the "board list" from the dashboard to the website wasn't the same.
- The new custom email group tool wasn't keeping the existing group "saved" when you clicked on "edit" for a group. (fixed!)
- Rare cases: Payrix is not always sending a transaction_id, so some payments are being duplicated. We built a cron job to check this function and alert us if this happens.
- Worked on improving the Firebase authentication to limit some errors.
- Email groups: with the "Board Group" for "board members," it didn't include the "dashboard (my team) users," (fixed!)
- Committees table: we were missing the "members" column; we got it back (fixed!), and the committees' notifications weren't saving properly. (fixed!)
- Settings > Emails Groups: we couldn't add members to groups (fixed!)
- On mobile devices, the events/news pages should look better now on mobile devices for the owners' app. Before, it wasn't mobile responsive. (fixed!)
- Documents: sorting columns not working for files within a folder (fixed!) also we couldn't' delete a document folder name with quotations in it (fixed!)
- Violation emailing/printing: the text formatting was being stripped out in some scenarios. "centered" and "double spacing" (fixed!)
