New Features:

  • Email > add a 'print' button to each email thread.
  • Reports > New report: 'Invoice Accrual report' > This report shows All invoices generated within the date range (regardless if the invoice was paid or not)

Enhancements:

  • Phone numbers: We're now allowing the ability to configure phone numbers for HOAs in Canada and Puerto Rico.
  • Phone Inbox: Voicemail page: we added a quick 'call back' button so the user can click and call back quickly without having to click around to find the number.
  • Android App - Updated the app to meet the most recent app standards/requirements.
  • Formatting of PDF to accommodate the addresses for a double-windowed envelope. (#10 envelopes) These are the PDFs that are affected. All invoices generated from the unit page or billing history Are Receipts that are created after a payment has been made. The Billing history PDF.
  • We worked on the Consistency of the 'From' name of the emails that get sent out from an HOA.. Even though the email address was always the same, sometimes it would say from 'HOA Name' and sometimes it would say from 'Easy HOA' depending on whether it was an automatic notification. We updated it so that all the 'from' names will be the name of the HOA.
  • Violations > New Violations: improved the fee area so that it's clear the due date is related specifically to the fee and not the violation as a whole. Also made it so we are displaying the 'estimated completion date' on the home owners app side.
  • Email Preview: We added a 'how will this email look' button for the Violations and requests communication area when composing an email.
  • Placeholders for Emails and Templates: We worked extensively on cleaning up this data and making it more user-friendly. For example, we added a description next to each placeholder about what it does. We also moved the following placeholder to be 'global placeholders' to work with custom email groups. (Owner: email address, mailing address, name, phone number, username)
  • Rental Report: We added a counter at the bottom of the report to show how many there currently are.
  • Tools > website > Events: an 'event date' wouldn't save unless there is a time entered with the event. We removed this validation so you don't have to have a 'time' for the event.

Bug Fixes:

  • Requests Pagination: When going to a new page, some of the column headers were getting shifted. (fixed!)
  • When a user is removed from a committee, we're making sure their email address is truly removed from the committee notifications report
  • We caught a timing issue where the autopay didn't run for a few transactions. very minimal and fixed it going forward.
  • Payrix didn't send us an ID for 4 payment transactions and so they weren't showing in our software - (Fixed)
  • Unit > Email Invoice > Note section wasn't working. We fixed this so if you add a note it will get added to the body of the email. We also added the verbiage of 'Invoice attached' to the body of the email.
  • Small bug - removed invoice note that was somehow saving the very first invoice note entered on the dashboard side and displaying it on the on owners app side.
  • We worked on 'revenue by fee type report' so the total matches exactly what's on the revenue report according to the date range.
  • Request Filter: we fixed the filter if you hide some of the columns. The column data was not shifting correctly. (fixed!)
  • Sorting on Unit/Owner issue: issue with sorting negative balances (fixed!)
  • Survey Reminder button wasn't working (fixed!)
  • PDFs and emails weren't supporting certain characters such as accent marks and latin symbols. (fixed!)
  • Formatting of some accounting report PDF's spacing and look was affected (fixed!)
