New Features:

• Email Text Preview: Because some email providers display HTML differently, we built a 'Preview' button when composing an email so that you can see how the email will look when it's sent.
• Owners App: We built the ability for the owner to upload owner docs and unit docs on the owner login side... With this, we also made it so that the owner can only delete docs/files that they have uploaded, versus the dashboard users.
• Dashboard > Owners pages: We made an 'alterations log' for any changes to the owners' information. This will even catch if the owner logs in to their account and changes their address, phone number, etc. We'll record the user, the time, and what was changed.
• Tools > Settings: We made a setting to hide the 'survey/voting menu' on the owner's login side.
• Accounting > Chart of Accounts: Added a new Export PDF feature to show all the Chart of Accounts for the user to print off.
• Placeholders: We built a new placeholder called [[UNIT_PAST_DUE_BALANCE]] > this placeholder is the total balance of past due fees/invoices.

Enhancements:

• Survey/voting campaigns: We added some validation for when the user is trying to create a campaign and there isn’t an HOA phone number configured for the HOA yet.
• Android App - we upgraded the iOS version to 15
• SMS Services: we hit a threshold of the number of phone numbers for a SMS service, so we had to set up a new SMS service within Twilio to allow new customers to buy phone numbers and send SMS messages.

Bug Fixes:

• Cannot Unarchive an Invoice specific scenario: due to a special character (fixed!)
• Had a bug where we couldn't remove a website widget (fixed!)
• The New Preview feature we built to preview email content wasn't automatically loading the global placeholders (fixed!)
• Invoice from the unit > 'print invoice' button was showing unwanted boxes around the addresses due to a new PDF viewer update. (fixed!)
• Requests > form > PDF button: PDF extension is defaulting to the name of the title, so it's not opening. (fixed!)
• Fee types that were archived were still showing under the dropdown of adding a 1 time fee (fixed!)
• Accounting Tools: GL Report > We weren't pulling in data for the dates before the fiscal year when custom dates were entered. We changed the parameters for the fiscal year to based off the start date of the filter instead of the end date of the filter when pulling in a history of the transactions.
• The print request button was timing out in some scenarios. (fixed!)
• Violations Statuses: the 'Closed' status wasn't defaulted as a closed status for new HOAs for reporting. (fixed!)
• Phone Numbers: adding a new phone number for a new HOA wasn't working (fixed!)
• Requests: The export to CSV button was downloading a blank csv. (fixed!)
