Enhancements:

• Requests: log for board member internal notes: we helped make the date and time stamps under each message to make it more user-friendly. We also added some instructions about making an internal thread through the approval process.
• Email forwarding: We made this more like a normal email account > when you send an email to an HOA that has automatic forwarding setup it should still show in the inbox of the HOA as well as forward onto the forwarded email address with the 'from' original sender's email address.
• Revenue by fee type report: we added the 'total' to the export options.
• Compose email groups: Board Group: we enhanced this to also include board members that are dashboard users. (before this didn't include dashboard users that were added to the board)
• Requests > printing the request details we added the 'unit address' to the PDF so that it shows more info vs only the unit name.
• Violations page: the column that says, 'unit name' we're defaulting first to be the 'Unit name' and if there isn't one then we will show the lot number.
• Text message section: we made a text message listener to work in real time. so if you're on this page and a new text comes in the page will auto refresh to show the new text message.

New Features:

• New Report: Request Stats Report- This is an Active report that shows a breakdown of existing requests. These numbers are a reflection of the current stats at the time the report is pulled.

Bug Fixes:

• reimplemented the 'Discard draft' button when composing an email.
• Voting/survey campaign: We fixed the selection boxes for resending more reminders after the campaign is open. the master selection of the boxes wasn't taking affect on the pagination.
• Accounting tools - Fiscal year wasn't resetting the retained earnings account to zero to start the new fiscal year. (fixed!)
• Special characters in the approval title were freezing the save button ' & () (fixed!)
• assets of files/documents were being disabled for requests when the request was archived. so if the request was 'un-archived' the assets were gone (fixed!)
• contact form when filled out wasn't going to the HOA inbox (fixed!)
• Notification Preferences weren't saving for an HOA's committees (fixed!)
