Enhancement:

• Survey/voting campaigns Change Log: IF there is a user that is accessing the link and they are currently logged into their Owner app side 'app.easyhoa.com' then we are putting their name in the change log. IF they're not logged in and we don't know then we are simply putting the IP address of the computer. On the owners app side, we've also organized all the campaigns by the start date with the newest being at the top of the list.
• Editing Billing history transactions > check batches: We created a way to edit/change a cash/check payment to a different check batch.
• Captcha check on website forms: We've implemented a reCAPTCHA V3. check to prevent automated spam responses on the website forms reCAPTCHA v3 returns a score for each request without user friction. The score is based on interactions with your site and enables the user to take appropriate action for your site. it checks for activity within the site, eg. mouse movements, Clicks, scrolling, IP address, cookies, and session data. based on that it can say it is a user or a bot.
• Owner App Side: For the violations and new request page, we added a tool tip for adding a new image/document that shows what file types are accepted and the size.
• User Experience: We removed some success confirmation pop-ups that seemed excessive. For example when you click 'save' then there's a 'success' pop-up that you have to click 'ok'.
• Disbursement report: we worked on the columns to help with user-friendliness in understanding payments vs disbursement vs totals.

Bug Fixes:

• Request filters vs columns: the information in the table vs the column headings were all shifting based on the filters selected. (fixed!)
• Filter isn't working properly - Owners tab - filter by 'primary owner' (fixed!)
• Payment Receipt PDF from billing history: For 'unit' names that were long it was pushing some formatting off the page. (fixed!)
• PDF rendering for the 'HOA active dues' report was slightly off. (fixed!)
• Daily report notification (tools>board > notifications) wasn't working (fixed!)
• Placeholder missing [[Association_Website]] (fixed!)
• Print custom templates: occasional issues when generating PDF depending on special characters that are used (fixing as we find them)
• Fixed a bug with the new recaptcha tool on the contact form and website forms.
• Request Settings > Types: we fixed a bug where the 'Allow owners to create this type of request' toggle button wasn't working properly. It's now validating correctly!
• Fixed a scenario where an owner was tied to multiple HOA and they couldn't update their email address because of the user ID.
• The Aging Report now includes the credits and payments when calculating the balances, and the date picker issue has been fixed.
• If 'billing options' were turned off for an HOA the 'documents' menu was missing (fixed!)
• on the app the menu header was hiding the first 2 menu items when it was clicked. (fixed!)
