Enhancement:

  • Revenue Report Load Time: We worked on the backend function of this so that it loads quicker. mainly for those HOAs who have a lot of data.
  • Accounting Tools > P&L report: We made the P&L accounting report portrait view instead of landscape view when downloaded
  • Owners app side: When filling out a request with a form. We removed a redundant alert to improve the User Experience.
  • AR Aging report: We added a column to this report for the 'unit' as well as the unit name.
  • invoices/receipts formatting: we worked on alignment/zip code placement so that it's not on a separate line.

New Features

  • Board & Committees: We made it possible to not just select an 'owner name' as a board member or committee member but now you can select a 'Team Member'. This makes it so that a board/committee member could use a separate email address as their owner email address which can show on the directories, website etc.
  • Multiple Units Payment: On the owner's side. IF an owner owns more than 1 unit in an association he can now pay for all invoices across all units at the same time. This helps save on processing fees for the owner and makes it quicker for them.

Bug Fixes:

  • Renter profiles require an email address. This was by error and has been fixed to not be required.
  • Events Ordering: This was sorted incorrectly and we fixed it to show by earliest event to future further away events. Shown on the events page and on the website.
  • The Committee Update button wasn't working to add members. (fixed!)
  • Notification when the payment method is deleted: 'When someone enables or disables “autopay” for a unit, we send a notification to the owner but we were not sending anything when someone deletes the payment method that was set up for autopay, we are now sending them the same notification and disabling autopay
  • AR Aging report: worked on the date picker to key in a date with the keyboard instead of having to use the mouse.
  • Email Ordering: Fixed the 'archived' Email address folder to have them organized with the newest emails at the top.
  • Late/Lien Rules not applying the rule. This was a specific scenario with the fee type settings specifically a new fee type (fixed!)
  • Accounting Budget: The total was wrong for a minute specifically only on the budget table.
  • Error while un-applying credit payment - When there are multiple invoice payments with the same credit and the user wants to un-pay one of those invoices, the credit payment is partially removed from the other invoices paid. (fixed)
  • Make a script for cleaning the current email signatures to remove HTML into valid tags. It causes problems with composing emails.
  • Formatting with the Text editor: we worked on making the text editor default to 'single spacing' instead of double spacing. & fixed the formatting with the tables.
