Enhancement:

• Payments: we created the ability to edit a payment of an invoice as a past date. The payment has to be made first then we can 'edit' the payment date.
• Events: We worked on the 'order of the events' to show the newest events first, as well as the ability to toggle between past and future events on the website and the owner's app side. This will help keep things looking cleaner.
• Approvals: We created the ability to 'unarchive' an approval if someone accidentally archived an approval linked to a request and wants it back active.
• Billing Cycle Placeholder: we added some info to this placeholder to be the 'how often' of the cycle so now when sending templates/emails with this placeholder it will say for example: 'every 1 month' or 'every 12 months'
• Printing custom templates: Before we were just downloading this file to the browser. Now we made it more consistent with the background downloads of the invoices so that it's a background task that saves the file in the 'print history' page
• Bank account deposit report: we added a column that shows the amount that was disbursed vs collected. We added some verbiage that explains why sometimes there is a fractional amount, usually a penny that is included or not included in the withdrawal deposits.
• Bank account deposit report: We renamed this to 'Bank Account Disbursement' . We also added the date to the csv and PDF exports.
• We cleaned up some verbiage of invoice PDFs vs receipts: clicking on the invoice from the billing history had the title of the document saying 'payment receipt' but now it says 'invoice'. Clicking on the receipt from the billing history the PDF title said 'payment details' but now it says 'payment receipt'
• Operations: The email receipts from EasyHOA to our customers didn't include the names of the invoice line items. We are now including the names of the invoice line items so we can show if it was for software, accounting, tax prep, etc.
• owners login side > violations/request pages. We removed the ability for owners to delete images and files. Scenario: The HOA/Board does a violation with images of the incident and the owner goes in and deletes the board's images and adds their own. The owner can still 'add' images but they can't delete images/files now.
• Approval Process Enhancements: for the 'majority' approval type we changed it from exactly 50% to greater than 50% and we added a tool tip that helps the user know how it works. We also added a lot more verbiage on the creation of the approval that helps the user know exactly what is going to happen when they enter emails for certain notifications. We moved some of the tiles around to help with a better look and view of the created approval.

New Features

• Custom Email Address as the HOA email address: This would have to be a domain name that we have control of. But if the domain name is ABCHOA.com then we can have the HOA email address be 'anything@ABCHOA.com' instead of ABCHOA@eashoa.email.

Bug Fixes:

• Custom Fields on Units: were being duplicated. (fixed!)
• Request Filter of 'date' column isn't recognizing the Year when it was sorted (fixed!)
• Dashboard Menu Responsive Bug: When navigating on dashboard with a non-full screen, or responsive like mobile or table. There is a gap between sizes where the left menu overlaps the entire content section and it looks like it’s not working, but is only a matter of style / css. (fixed!)
• The webp images are not working at domPDF so the PDFs break, we have to convert this type of images to jpg so we don’t have that issue. (fixed!)
• Custom email groups was behaving odd when removing certain email addresses from an existing group (fixed!)
• Request column headers were shifting depending on the column headers showing filter so the columns were off by 1. (fixed!)
• Fixed a bug when a multiple units payment is made with the 'check payment method' on the dashboard side and how it relates to the check batches. (fixed!)
