Enhancement:

• Email Spam Support: We're not currently moving any spam automatically to the spam folder unless someone has first reported it as spam. So for this ticket we added some verbiage at the top of the email if it is in the spam folder letting the user know 'Who' moved it to the spam folder and when.
• Unit History: We've had this unit history button here on the unit details page for a while but now we've added more information. We're recording when an owner is added, or removed, if the type of owner changes from primary to secondary or authorized voter, when any of the unit information is changed etc. we're also showing the user that changed the info and the date.
• Tools > Late/Lien rules > There is a button called “Late/Lien Logs” we're keeping track and log when someone deletes a rule/event. the user and the time stamp
• Transaction tools: We're keeping a log so that we know when a transaction is marked as reviewed/unreviewed in Accounting Tools
• Tools > Print > Custom templates: we are now 'generating the pdf' in the same order as the list. (so the user can sort the list by the headers first)
• Unit violations/request page: We changed the last column header from 'active' to 'Archived' to help indicate if the request has been archived in the main list. This way the unit user can still see a history of past requests that have been closed.
• We fixed the main menu: submenu to remain cascaded out if clicked upon.
• Approvals: creating an approval when you select the 'assign to' dropdown we're now showing all board members + Committee members with the tag next to their names.

New Features

• Requests > Follow-up date field: We added this follow up date on each request and we're also showing it as a column on the main request table. This will help people with the process of checking requests after a certain time period to make sure they've indeed been completed.

Bug Fixes:

• Email Compose: backspace won't work: We found a bug where this was happening because there was HTML in the email signature that was automatically added to the email.
• Forms for requests weren't loading. Instead, they were saying, 'loading' but they never showed. (Fixed!)
• Requests > Communications Log wasn't showing (fixed!)
• Form Responses from the website forms: We couldn't see the answers for a minute (fixed!)
• Removed the '$' symbol on the convenience fee for credit card percentage. Since it's a % instead of a $
