Enhancement:
- Dashboard Users > Units > Billing History: We're now showing the Transaction ID from payrix so that we can easily reference the transaction quickly if we need to investigate.
- Accounting Budget > We're now displaying the 'Account ID'
- When printing an invoice from a unit page: We've made the Invoice Note Section work so you can add a custom note to the invoice.
- Late Lien Rules Verbiage: We've changed a lot of the verbiage surrounding 'invoice categories', one time invoice to 'Fee types' and 'one time fee' (under the late/lien settings pages, and the unit>billing>pages). We also combined a settings page for autopay and late/lien settings to 1 settings page called 'Fee Type Settings'
- Bank Account Deposit report: We're trying to show a little more info on the details of this report to help with reconciliation in the bookkeeping side of things. We're showing a column for the invoiced amount and the convenience fee portion and then the payment amount.
- Verbiage: Owner login side > Payment methods: added verbiage to help UX: '“ If 'Auto-pay' is enabled, then all 'recurring Dues' and other fee types that the HOA has designated will be subject to the autopay feature”.
- UI - Added an Alert: for when you're starting a new survey/voting campaign if you don't have all the fields completed then you'll get an alert letting you know.
- Tools > Settings > Fee types: We made a 'log' that shows time and user that enabled or disabled a setting.
- Random: we improved some UI on some pages, email labels, inbox sent folder, websites domain name etc.
New Features
- Website Widget: We made a new widget called the 'Accordion widget' this creates a nice and easy to use cascading menu for the HOA to enter a lot of data but not have to show everything until the user clicks on each item. (example)
Bug Fixes:
- Balance placeholder on templates: This was showing the incorrect amount when someone was making a 'multi unit Payment' across multiple units at the same time.
- Worked on the load speed of voting/survey campaigns that have a big list of owners. We added pagination and it loads quicker.
- We've been fixing a bunch of scenarios of a special character not allowing certain things to work. This involves areas like request & website forms, saving a unit billing page, website widgets, downloading a csv.
- Approvals > Existing rules: we fixed a bug with removing an approvers email on a current role.
- Fixed an issue where the campaign total answered stat wasn't matching what the report of individual answers were. We found out that if someone opened the campaign but didn't answer we were counting them as someone who participated.
- Owner Documents: when someone creates an owner folder it's showing that owner folder over under the main 'dashboard> documents' section. (fixed!)
- Delete Button for reconciliation tool: This wasn't working (fixed!)
- Phone number editing for an owner: from the dashboard we just update the owner phone but the one on the user row didn't change. We fixed this to also update the user row in the database.
- We were changing the stats of participants for survey/voting campaign to 'answered' when they started answering vs 'completing' a campaign. We fixed it so we only record the numbers when the user clicks 'complete' on the survey/voting campaign
- Bank account deposit report: the links for the amounts, owners, units were gone. (fixed!)
- Owner login report: wasn't filtering owners correctly in alphabetical order. It was doing a group, but then alphabetizing another group that were entered after the initial import. (fixed)
- Website Widgets: HTML source code. We were having some issues with certain tags not working. We worked on this and added some verbiage so the end user knows which tags will work. ie. Allowed tags:
