Enhancement:

• Email Compose Drafts: We can now save drafts with an attachment
• Owners Login report > We're now showing primary and secondary owners on this report.
• Credits: Going forward > If there is a credit sitting on the account, we are now going to always try to use that credit on the due date of any fee type/invoice that comes due. (before we were only doing this if the invoice was a 'due' type.)
• Invoice reminder template: We added a checkbox to this template to validate the balance and not to send this template if the account balance number is $0. This could happen if the unit has credit sitting on the account.
• Logging in time stamp for the 'Owner login report' Before we were showing the time stamp when they logged into the software but now we're showing the time stamp of the last activity in the software (for when people are continuously logged in for a long time)
• Accounting Profit and Loss Report: We're now including the subcategories in the comparison view so someone can see where the differences were on more of a subcategory level.
• Verbiage change: we updated the terminology of Invoice for Fee type in a lot of aspects of the billing pages. (unit > billing history, unit details > billing setup pages, recurring dues, updated category dropdown to 'fee type')
• archived owner alert: when you click on the name of an archived owner we added some verbiage to the Alert to help the User know that they can't do anything with the owner unless they unarchive the owner.
• Invoice PDFs zip code location > This was being shown on its line which we fixed to show next to the state.

New Features

• AR Report: We created a 'date picker' for this report to be able to pull historical data depending on the date chosen.
• AR Report > We're now showing a column for the primary owner's name
• Inbox Search Support: We improved the email search tool. There's a search bar on each tab of the email section (ie. inbox, sent, archive, trash, drafts, spam) However the coolest thing we added was if you type something in the search bar and hit the 'enter' button it will search across all the email tabs/folders as a new search function.

Bug Fixes:

• Billing History > Payments > Refund button was missing. We got it back and it's working.
• The Approval Communication log wasn't showing the text editor. It's fixed and working
• Indentations for the text editor weren't working. Fixed! also fixed this on the owner app pages & website viewing pages.
• Unit notes: we were adding more text when editing, (the note title and the 'edit & delete' words were showing) fixed!
• Email menu ticker number was not match the dashboard 'new email' ticker number (fixed!)
• Approvals: when approving an approval someone wasn't able to save a 'note' at the time they were approving/denying (fixed!)
• Approvals: uploading a file/image button wasn't working (fixed!)
• On the owner profile we were showing the 'recurring dues' tile for each unit but we weren't showing the info/details. Fixed this on the mobile app, and owners' login pages.
• HTML widget was showing some duplicate info (fixed!)
• Past due report for pdf & csv was putting more than 2 decimal places. (fixed!)
• My Team members > property manager wasn't able to update/edit other team members email addresses. We fixed this by giving the property manager admin access.
• Accounting > We fixed it so we can toggle showing archived accounts in the reconciliation tool.
• Pasting images into the text editor was giving issues > When you copy & paste and image in Quill Editor, it converts the image into base64 string, which is most likely to be extremely large for the ‘html_conten’ columns. (fixed!)
• Fixed loading data on system notifications page under the email inbox when there is a lot of data it was timing out. (fixed!)
