Enhancements: 
  • Accounting: Transactions > ability to mass edit the name of the transaction, vendor, and category.
  • Email - Automatic Payment Receipt: We added some verbiage at the bottom of the email receipts to help the end user know how to get on autopay
  • Invoice PDFs we added the "lot number, and unit address. 
  • Payment receipt: We're showing the altered/adjusted payment date if there is one.
  • Primary Authorized Owner Report: We enhanced this report so that if you filter this report and scroll down, after you save a new setting, the report will stay scrolled where you were before you made the change, so you can actively work on adjusting the settings without losing your place.
  • Limited user permissions: We added "reports" as a permission, and we also added the "reconciliation tool" for accounting. 
  • adjusted some confusing verbiage surrounding the "invoice note" under the unit > billing: we changed the invoice note to say, "internal note" with the tool tip explaining that it shows up within the line item that is created. We are also not showing this on the homeowner login side.
  • Unit > make a payment > Invoice > Send email invoice: we are now aligning this invoice to look like all the other PDF invoices that we send
  • Check Batches report: we made a way to delete check batches that have zero transactions in them to help clean up accidental check batches.
  • Accounting > Balance sheet: We are now showing the "Grand totals" on the comparative balance sheet
  • Tools > Settings > Email Groups: We worked on this page to make it more user-friendly: Now, when you go into an email group, there will be a divider that's more defined at the top showing existing members in the group, and then another section below showing Available members to be added to the group. The checkboxes in the main header now control only the segregated list that you're working with.
  • Website forms: website forms that are filled out and sent to the HOA inbox should be sent as their own email, not lumped into past email threads. (fixed!)
  • Accounting Verbiage: We added some verbiage to the accounting settings page: "Secure Bank Integration. EasyHOA partners with Plaid, an industry-leading provider of secure bank-connection services. Plaid supports thousands of banks nationwide; however, availability varies by institution, and some bank connections may not be supported or may occasionally experience issues. If your bank is not available or cannot connect, please let us know and we'll explore alternatives."
  • Accounting: we had some many issues of people messing up and deleting all their transactions when connecting new bank accounts and deleting old bank accounts that we made "deleting" bank accounts a super admin function. 
 
Bug Fixes: 
  • Owners Mobile App > On a Violations page, then under the Communications Log, the user wasn't able to click on the email or text to see the content. (fixed!)
  • Archived Units > We had an issue where the payment amounts weren't showing in the archived billing history section of an archived unit. (fixed!)
  • Found a bug with the timestamp and when the billing script cron job runs, and a small time difference that could possibly skip a few credits from being applied automatically. (fixed!)
  • I think we fixed a potential bug scenario of someone being able to make a payment without it being applied to invoices. We are hiding the button to proceed to payment summary until the invoices are showing up on the screen, so the user can't click on the button too soon
  • Billing history PDF: worked on showing all the info when there is a really big payment made that covers multiple invoices (they were getting cut off the page) (fixed!)
  • Archived billing history: found a bug where if a payment was made but then "archived," we weren't showing that payment as revenue on the revenue report. (fixed!)
  • Tools > Print list: The sorting for the balance column wasn't sorting correctly (fixed!)
  • this wasn't really a bug: but we adjusted the verbiage if someone is on the "Fee listener" payment processing group so when the user clicks on payment methods page they see the appropriate fees (this wasn't showing before)
  • Contractor Logo: we enhanced this functionality so it's more clear when you "save" an image that it has been saved and it shows on the contractors main page now.
