Enhancement:

• Email Settings page: we added this email settings page to the 'Tools > Settings' page
• Survey/voting campaigns: When the campaign was set to anonymous we were still showing the changes to the answers in the change log.. So the admin could see the answers of the campaign when it was anonymous only if the person made changes to their original answers. We changed this to remain anonymous in this scenario.
• Survey/Voting Campaigns: When creating a new group we added a column called 'Authorized Voter'
• Violations & Requests Communication Log: Now, when you compose an email from the communication log of a request or violation we are automatically inserting the title of the request/violation with the ID number in the subject line.
• Rendering PDFs from templates > We worked on the spacing so that we can now support single spacing when the PDF renders.
• Bank Account Deposit reports > We copied the exact same report over to the 'accounting > reports' section because we wanted to accommodate those users that have limited user access to their accountants who can only see the accounting tools.
• Bank Account Deposit reports > To help with reconciling fees we added some columns to show the payments, invoices, and convenience fees. right now it only shows under the CSV on the report.
• Text Editor: we worked on more support surrounding 'tables' so you can have more formatting surrounding tables.
• Reports: Active dues report > We're not showing any dues IF they had an expiration date that has passed. added a column for 'Frequency'. Revenue Report > we're not showing revenue that was edited to '$0'.
• Phone calls: Inbox > Phone> all 'date' columns, we added the 'time stamp' on the voicemails page and the all calls page according to the time zone of the HOA.
• Email Inbox: Labels > We are now allowing emails that have a label on them to have the ability for the label to be removed so they're just back in the main inbox.
• Revenue By Category Report: We're showing unallocated category do to payments that didn't go to an invoice creating credit. When this happens we track this credit until it gets applied to a category and when it does we're moving it to the correct category.
• Due reminder notifications > [[unpaid_line-Items]] placeholder was pulling the recurring due title with duplicate info so it caused some confusion.(Fixed)
• Cron - We updated some timing of notifications that go out so that the Dues invoice reminder now goes out at 8AM mtn time to help those on the east coast get it a littler earlier than when they were getting it before (around noon). We also put this info in the templates description telling them when to expect the notification to go out.

New Features

Bug Fixes:

• Check Batch report: we found out that if an owner is disabled we weren't showing a payment related to them on the check batch even (fixed!)
• Reports: AR Report > we made sure that the 0-30 needs to include invoices that have been generated but not due yet. also verified that the columns were pulling correctly.
• We couldn't save the 'due' category on the 'tools > settings > Autopay' page. We made this due to a default category that always needs to be 'on'.
• Text Editor: We worked on the 'single space' ability in our text editor on the templates etc instead. We also fixed a bug where we were adding 3 dots on website widgets due to there being more than 1 text editor on a single page. also fixed alignment issues with events (fixed!)
• The request form for websites wasn't displayed correctly (fixed!)
• My Team menu for prop manager admins > we fixed the dropdown for organizations to show all organizations when the dropdown is set to 'All'
• We some Worked on fake email addresses that people have entered that were matching multiple units.
• Export Data Report: if they had more than 1 note we weren't showing a space in between notes on the CSV. Also fixed a bug with some special characters.
• Archive button is fixed specifically for closed requests.
• Past due report - the links for the units and owners weren't showing as links anymore (fixed!)

Internal:

• Google Source Repository sync with Bitbucket
• Google Cloud - review new logging regional ingestion quotas
• Automated backups: we worked on some enhancements here and added a different automated backup in a remote location. So we technically have 3 backups now. SLC, back east and one in California.
