Enhancements:
  • Renter profiles: we can now show more than 1 renter profile per unit. We also updated the "Rented units" report to reflect multiple renter profiles per unit.
  • Accounting > Transactions: We created the ability to Mass Edit transaction: Category, Description, and vendor. then "Save & Approve" this should help make reconciling transactions easier.
  • Accounting > Reconciling: We made a "note field" in case a certain reconciliation has a unique scenario that you want to record/remember.
  • Bank Account Disbursement report: we worked on whether there are ever "returned" disbursements, and if so, we display what made up the returned disbursements.
  • Email Front End Enhancement: we worked on this for quite a while. When there are long email threads, it is difficult to easily view and understand them. So we copied what a lot of other email programs do when there's a long thread: we are truncating them with a page break, and then the number of hidden emails in the thread, like this image below...

  • Website 3-column widget - columns > make section titles not required. Before, it wouldn't show the widget content if there wasn't a section title. We took away that restriction.
  • Documents > Download Folders, subfolders & files: click into a folder and now you can download all files in that folder and within any subfolder.
  • Tools > Print > Invoice note section: we added text editor tools to this section for the notes that get added to the printed invoices.
  • Tools > Events: We added the day of the week to help with user friendliness.
  • Email Search bar: When you hit "Search," it's going to check for the "search term" among all the email folders (spam, drafts, inbox, archived, trash etc). Additionally, when you click "search", it displays a results page, along with a label indicating the current location of each email thread.
 
Bug Fixes: 
  • Accounting Transactions: We had an issue where the "syncing" stopped for a few days. (fixed!)
  • Error with Mass text saying, "oops.. load failed" but the text actually went through (fixed!)
  • Website "board" widget wasn't mobile responsive (fixed!)
  • Accounting > Budget > export to CSV: this had a column that was shifted and off (fixed!)
  • We improved the "search in the directory." 
  • All email groups being sent were "unit-based" even if there weren't unit placeholders (fixed!)
  • Fee listener support: we updated a few payment pages to display the processing fees as the user is entering their payment info, so that it's clear communication. (We were showing it before, but it was only showing 'convenience fees," and if the HOA switched to "fee listeners - to be passed on to the owner) Then we weren't displaying the correct processing fees.
  • Existing Payment Methods: we fixed an error where if you were "editing" a payment method, you could 'change the method type," but it would throw an error, so we locked down the same "Type" if you're editing a payment method, so you don't see that error.
  • Fixed a bug with the "renter profile" for a unit. We created a validation so that if you have the unit enabled as a "rental," you must have a renter profile associated with the unit. We also fixed a bug so that you can "delete" a renter profile as well.
  • Fixed the "sorting" feature of the "Owners > Lot" column
  • On mobile only. From the owner portal, if you click on a payment and then click on 'receipt', nothing happens. (Fixed!)
