Enhancement:

• Renter toggle button: on the owner's login side > We're not allowing the owner to toggle this on or off. This has to be from the HOA
• Convenience fee displaying: If an HOA has convenience fees enabled but 1 or some of them are set to $0.00 then we are not showing those on the payment screens. (to help avoid any confusion)
• Random changes: (1) On the unit page for violations, if you create a violation, it now redirects you back to the unit violations page instead of over to the violations menu. (2) Adding a new Violation Type: added some verbiage to help the end user know how it works and made the wording consistent with other pages. (3) We changed 'archive' to 'delete' because it made more sense
• Tools > Website > Settings page: We moved the email setting for forms under the 'tools >website >forms page' so that it makes more sense
• Mobile app: Google Play Store we updated the listing so you can search 'easy hoa' with a space and updated the video. iOS we updated the screenshot of the listing
• Violations settings > Status: we're now showing on the table which statuses are considered 'closed' statuses so on the reporting they will be reflected properly.
• Tools > Settings: We made this more user-friendly so that the different settings have their own page. Example: General, billing period, autopay, late/lien
• Violations Settings: We updated the 'Statuses' page to show which status titles are considered 'closed' and changed the archive to 'Delete/Edit'
• Board members labels: If an owner is on a board/committee and gets Archived then we automatically remove them from the board/committee along with their tag.
• Accounting > Budget report PDF: We changed the font to black instead of grey to help it be more readable.
• Accounting Chart of Accounts & Transactions: When a chart of accounts category gets archived, we are now hiding it from showing in the dropdown menus of the transactions.
• Reports on mobile view: we never designed or intended for people to manage all the data/reports etc on a small mobile screen, so there have been formatting issues for some reports that get overlapped on mobile views. We just adjusted some reports to have a horizontal scroll bar on mobile devices to display the info better on small screens.
• Owner login report: on the 2nd page that lists 'owner logins - per unit' we weren't showing the units that didn't have a login attempt so now we're showing all units and if they haven't had a login attempt we're showing 'N/A'

New Features

• Custom Announcement from EasyHOA tool: this is a new 'megaphone' icon in the top right corner of your dashboard and is a tool for us to be able to communicate better when/if we have a major issue, update, news releases, etc.

Bug Fixes:

• approval rule creation: we fixed a bug if you select the 'assign to email' to be the same as the 'request is approved email' then it was stuck in a loop.
• Fixed the filter/sorting of the past-due report column for balance.
• Duplicate signatures adding on templates (fixed!)
• The Dashboard org menu that shows the tickers of 'unread' emails etc didn't match the same ticker in the menu of the email inbox showing 'unread' emails. (fixed)
• accounting transactions: saving an attachment was having an issue with it showing like it was saved on multiple transactions (fixed!)
• Showing email signature on templates: We were doing this but it caused an issue with duplicating the email signature so we decided to remove the email signature to automatically generate in the templates.
• User not attached to unit error > Fixed this so hopefully we don't have this error pop up anymore.
