Video Overview of the enhancements

Enhancements:
- Accounting: For the "Budget report," we put the header of the months for each category so that as you scroll down, you can easily see which month you're in.
- Accounting: for the Profit and Loss report: if the number is a negative number at the top of the report, then we changed it to be a "red" number to indicate negative.
- Verbiage update: for voting/surveys > when sending a reminder: we adjusted the alert to help the end user know how it works with the delivery method (email and/or text) matching the same settings that were initially sent.
- Surveys/Voting Campaigns: We added a default group for voting. “Authorized voters not past due.”
- Email Drafts Folder: email drafts will now be sorted/ordered by most recent first.
- New Dashboard Tile: We are now showing a new tile called "Auto-Pay Participation," which shows how many units are currently set up on autopay.
- Revenue report: We added a column to show which Check Batch a cash/check payment was assigned to, if applicable.
- Email: We added an alert for the email compose if they don't have a subject line entered.
- Tools > Print > Templates: We made this page smarter. Now, when selecting a template that has different placeholders, we are automatically showing which templates can be printed either "Per owner" or "Per Unit"
- Bank Account disbursements report: we added a few columns on the main page before you click into the details, which show the "total payments", "total fees", and "total disbursed"
- Owner login side: we added the HOA's website URL Link as a reference so the user can go back to the website if they need to. located on the Unit dashboard under the "Association name" tile.
- My Team > My Notification preferences: we are now showing a toggle button for the HOA to turn on or off the original email address that signed up to receive notifications from EasyHOA.
- Custom Email Groups Support: We worked on the ability to email custom templates to custom email groups that have "unit-based placeholders". We made the software smart enough to recognize that IF there are "unit-based placeholders" that the recipient list recognizes which unit(s) are associated with the person on the custom email group.
Bugs:
- The events on the website were not in chronological order. (fixed!)
- On the unit page > owners section > the "x" next to the authorized voter wasn't working to remove the owner as the authorized voter (fixed!)
- our new request permissions for "my team users" weren't matching the request types (fixed!)
- New autopay alert > added another validation to not show this alert when the HOA has selected to "remove all billing verbiage from the owner portal" (not a bug, but we added this)
- Accounting Search within the journal entry tool: Sometimes when there are many journal entries, the search bar wasn't working correctly. (Fixed!)
- Custom Fields Report: we added some validation for the "Date" to work with the sort column and fixed a bug where there wasn't a date in a custom field (under unit), but it was showing a date on the custom fields report
- Unit > Full Billing history > Date picker: date range picker was excluding the last date in the range. (fixed!)
- Bank account deposit report > export via CSV was showing duplicate numbers for the payment column (fixed!)
- Websites: Accordion Widget > if you had 2 of these on the same page, then if you clicked to expand one accordion subject, it would also automatically expand the other accordion widget (fixed!)
- Due dates on the invoice (owner's side) were showing 1 day off from the dashboard side (fixed!)
- Custom Fields Report wasn't showing data for an HOA (fixed!)
- Bank Account Deposits Report wasn't showing a few disbursements due to another ticket being fixed (fixed!)
- Committees: if the "my team" user is a committee member, then they should also show up on the website side under the "board/committee" widget. (fixed!)
