Help CenterEnhancements:
- Limited Team Member User Permissions: For dashboard users, you can now add more permissions. This is mainly to add support for people who have ARC committees, so they can have a user who has access to the dashboard side, but only for specific Request types. We have added a permission type for each request type that the HOA adds to their HOA as well as the menu items of: Email, Text, Phone, Directory, Units, Contractors, and owners
- Alerts: We added an alert when the user is making a payment and there are no invoices selected to remind them that "Your payment will not be applied to an invoice because you have chosen to apply it as credit." Proceed?"
- Emails: Placeholder Help: We worked on some more details and info when you're creating an email or a template with placeholders, so the user can know exactly which placeholders will work with what "templates" as well as "delivery options - to, cc, bcc" located anywhere you see the 'placeholder' dropdown
- Added a CSV export button for billing history: this is in the “unit > billing history > Full History”
- Autopay alerts Help: In an effort to help both the HOA and the Owner, we added some alert tools on the owner login side to guide them to enter their autopay info.
- Support for the newer "Fee Listener" payment processing settings - we adjusted the revenue by fee type report to not show processing fees.
- Custom unit field report: We added a few more columns of info: Address and phone number columns
- Owner app side > requests > add a file: We updated this "file size limit" to reflect the same file size on the dashboard side, 25mb.
- Survey/voting forms: the add file widget we've updated the file size default limit to be 10mb instead of 3mb.
- Added a new placeholder: Subdivision placeholder.
- Voting/survey campaigns: if the campaign is still active, we can extend the "end date"
- Email Spam Support: We are now paying attention to what's called a "spam score" sent from SendGrid when emails come in and if the spam score is high then we are automatically moving those emails into the spam folder of the inbox.
Bug Fixes:
- Text messaging: we fixed a bug when the HOA receives a text from an automated 6-digit phone number. It wasn't allowing you to click on it (fixed!)
- accounting - archived chart of accounts balance still needs to show on the budget vs actuals report (oversight when we built this, Fixed!)
- Website widget duplication: we fixed a scenario when saving content in an already existing widget it the widget was duplicated on the website (fixed!)
- The Email Preview tool wasn't displaying the fonts correctly (fixed!)
- Automatic Double Spacing Issue on PDFS: We fixed this so that there isn't automatic double spacing on new lines when printing a PDF. We also fixed a bug on the violations when the first download of a print PDF was done, the PDF was blank so you had to download it again.
- General Ledger: Balance without an account attached to it: this was specific to the "retained earnings" label. We added a Retained Earnings Child account under the retained earnings parent account.
- Accounting: on the balance sheet, we switched the positions of the bank accounts with the accounts receivable so that it meets a more standard view of other balance sheets.
- In templates, under text, when you try to add the placeholder association name or association email, and a few others, nothing happens. (fixed!)
- Request page settings weren't refreshing after a new request type was entered (fixed!)
- Adding a committee member wasn't adding the member title upon initial creation (fixed!)
- Request Settings: when "editing" an existing type that was already attached to a form, the form was removed. Fixed to keep the form intact.
