Help CenterEnhancements:
- Speed load: we worked on a few different pages of the software to enhance the speed load of the page: units, owners, violations, and requests. making a payment -invoice list, billing section etc (this will be an ongoing process to continue to get different pages of the software to load quickly)
- All calls page - added pagination to help these pages load faster. Also did this to voicemails and archived pages for the phone calls section.
- Contractors section: When looking at a contractor's page under the Approvals section, we are now keeping a record of whether other approvals were denied or deleted in addition to the "Approved" statuses.
- Approvals: for Majority Type Approvals: Approvers that haven't voted can continue to vote even if the majority has been reached.
- Accounting Settings Page: We added some verbiage to help understand how to connect bank accounts or reauthenticate bank accounts.
- Tooltip: We added a little info icon tooltip wherever there is an upload file/image button to help the user know the accepted file types and size limit.
- Documents Search Bar: We worked on this so that it's now searching the contents of the folders and looking at the file names.
- Documents: We worked on the Owner docs vs the unit docs and made them more consistent. For example, you can now add a file without a folder in both of these document sections. And the Owners login side will look the same as well.
- Bank Account Deposit report. We split this into 3 sections to help with user friendliness and readability. 1st section is payments and fees, 2nd section is additional fees, and 3rd section is a summary of the totals.
Bug Fixes:
- Committees page: we had a duplicate column called "Show on website" (fixed!)
- Found a rare scenario of an automated email being sent to the wrong HOA.
- Configuring a new phone number for the new HOA wasn't working. (fixed!)
- When downloading an "invoice" from the billing history, the file name was downloaded as "payment receipt." We changed the name to "invoice."
- Billing history wasn't in chronological order (fixed!)
- Events (on the owner login side) are back in Chronological order.
- Owners App menu not loading sometimes on the owner login side (fixed!)
- The User Login Report was showing a different date/time stamp than the Owner Login date/time stamp. We got this fixed!
- Billing history links - there are links in the invoice description that link a fee back to the invoice line item that triggered the fee. We fixed this
