Help CenterEnhancements:
- Accounting Tools: Specific to the "balance Sheet" report, we built a toggle to "hide the $0 balance accounts." This way, we can keep this report cleaner.
- Violation Rules: We added another optional rule for violations. Now you can enter an email address(s) to be notified whenever an owner uploads a new file/image on the owner login side. Located under the "violations > violation settings > rules"
- Email Groups: Allowing Email Groups within an existing email thread: Now it's easy to forward an email to an existing email group. (this will always send "bcc")
- Updated Template available to send to owners called: "Features and Benefits for Owner Logins"
- Chatbot Icon location > this was sometimes blocking buttons on the dashboard side; we removed it when there is a pop-out module.
- Invoice Formatting: Because we can pull an invoice from multiple different places. (ie. "Unit details" > "invoice vs Tools > Print") We wanted to work on the formatting to be more similar and look the same regardless of where you pull the invoice from. We worked on spacing of the spacing of the owner/unit balance details.
- Owner side "Edit Unit" page > We added some tooltips for fields that can't be edited unless you're a dashboard user, so the owner knows the "why". We also added the *asterisk for required fields to help the end user. We added a header section for "custom fields" if applicable, so it breaks up the page visually better.
- Violations Multiple changes: Violation "text content" we decided to have this defaulted to expand out to help users understand more about how it works. Violations of email/print content area formatting. worked on keeping it intact with the alignment and spacing.
Bug Fixes:
- Owner's App - Menu - We fixed the scenario where sometimes the menu was delayed in loading and not showing up.
- Limited permissions: found a bug with a property manager user who has access to "read" accounting reports (fixed!)
- Folder not found error: Issue that was caused by a different update that we did (fixed!)
- Email validation: We added validation for the automatic inbox responses subsystem to prevent inbox count errors
- Dashboard > Owner Docs: fixed an error so that was preventing us from seeing the docs (fixed!)
- Violations Email communication log: On the text editor, we had an "Attach" icon but it wasn't working (fixed!)
- Committees > We were having a few errors after adding the first few members. (fixed!)
- Billing history order > fixed a bug about the order changing, which looked confusing. (fixed!)
- Board Toggle button for showing phone numbers wasn't saving for 1 HOA (fixed the scenario)
- Logo of the HOA wasn't showing on the dashboard when using a mobile device. (fixed!)
- Email: if an email is archived we are still showing the "reply and forward" buttons
