Enhancements:

• Reports > Credit report: added some columns, lot number and address.
• Billing history > Transaction > Notes: We created the ability to edit notes after the transactions have been saved or paid.
• Added some verbiage when adding a new recurring due to help explain how it works with billing and invoicing etc.
• Payment Processing Bank Account Deposit Report: we added some verbiage to this report if an ach has failed so that the user can decipher what is going on with the fees
• Tools > Print: Last update we added a custom list to help the HOA keep track of people who wanted to keep a physical invoice. We copied this list to the next tab called 'print templates page' filter
• We added a validation check for when people enter email addresses and enter a space in front of the email on accident. (it was causing emails not to be valid)
• We've been working on adjusting the backend cron jobs that run scripts for creating invoices, sending notifications, and updating info so that we're using our CPU more efficiently as well as cutting down any timeout issues.

New Features

• Published an EasyHOA Owners App to the Google Play store (IOS app coming soon)

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where the invoice on the owners side didn't match the invoice on the dashboard side only if there was a credit on the account. (fixed!)
• The Request If there was a form filled out with attachments is working better now. The files and attachments that were saved to the forms were slowing down the request.
• Save button on templates wasn't saved (fixed!)
• CSV Export button for owner login report wasn't exporting (fixed!)
• Validate that we get a customer id, payment method id and token when sending all the info to Payrix
• turning on or off the toggle button to show names on the directory wasn't saving (fixed!)
• We found and fixed a scenario of when we get the 'not authorized' error that has to do with the custom fields for a unit. If someone edits the 'type' to a different 'type' for example a normal data field to a 'date' field but it would be missing the validation of a date type.
• Text Editor Bug: found and fixed a bug where we were duplicating some text editor tools (fixed!)
• production - Error in Task: notification_recurrent_invoices Message: '$emailAddress' must be a valid email address.
• Couldn't archive a billing line item (fixed!)
• Accounting > P&L > worked on showing the additional years when comparing time periods.
