Enhancements:

• Speed load of pages: in the software, Violations, Documents, Reports, My team page, Customers,
• Background Cron/tasks: We worked on background tasks that were slowing our CPU speed
• Tools > Board: We added the option to hide the board person's email or phone on the website and on the directory if they choose. (currently we're automatically showing this info on the website and directory)
• New Requests: When a request type is selected either on the dashboard side or the owner side the description will automatically pull in (from the request settings). Also if a board member selects a form to send to the owner we are now making it so the owner has to fill out that form and is editable on the owners side.
• Violation Creation: From the dashboard side if the admin creates a violation and they don't include a 'notification' we are now showing an Alert that lets them know that the owner will not be notified and if they want to notify the owner they need to go back.
• Requests Form Dropdown: We 'hid' the available request forms from the owner when they are creating a new request. The reason is because someoens the HOA board could still be working on a form it might not be ready to be used yet. Or the owner could choose a form that they shouldn't.
• Inbox Text > mass text: We added some verbiage to help the user know that if they create a new committee or board then the list will automatically be added to this tool/dropdown. We also made this same functionality with the 'Tools > Email settings > Groups' so that there's always a group automatically created.
• Documents: Organizing the documents also relates to the same organization on the Website documents widget, as well as the owners login under the documents page
• Login page UI: we worked on communication alerts for when the user gets confused and is trying to log into the wrong link dashboard vs owner login page.. The verbiage basically says, 'It looks like there's no login account associated with these user credentials. If you're an owner of a unit you should be logging in here https://app.easyhoa.com or please try to Login again.'
• Email: we added a 'reply all' button for when there are multiple people involved in a thread.

 

Bug Fixes:

• Unit Documents > When we pushed some enhancements to the areas of the document to help them load quicker we created a bug where we weren't showing some of the unit document folders anymore. We fixed this.
• The Daily Report: wasn't working for our HOAs, we fixed this.
• Violations list: export to CSV and PDF buttons are working
• Custom unit field: CSV and PDF buttons are working
• Violations: we updated a print button so that it's working properly
• Directory: toggles for showing data such as Name, email, phone. We made some default toggles so that the name will show however the phone and email will not be automatically on unless the HOA wants them to be on.
• Inbox: fixed an error that said failed to fetch
• Credit without payment report: When we were working on speeding up the page loads this report broke.
• There were a number of HOA's where the Invoice failed to generate for the due date. We fixed this quickly and sent out the email notifications for those that were missed.
