Enhancements:

• Documents: Files and Folders: we can now organize them with the same drag-and-drop tool to change the order.
• Email: When composing a new email we defaulted the 'recipients' Dropdown box for the 'group' to be defaulted to 'all owners' instead of '--' just to help with user-friendliness because people were confused when they couldn't see any recipient names in the owners dropdown box.
• Unit address: we added the ability to select 'NA' for the state to help one of our HOAs have a workaround because they wanted the address to contain different information.
• Unit Notes / Owner Notes: we enhanced this area so that the note can have a 'title'. We also changed the header to contain that title instead of the person who created the note (FYI when we did an import and had notes then it would say our username big in this section) We are still displaying the user date and time stamp of who created it but more subtle.

Bug Fixes:

• Tools > Website > News/Events: Already created news and events had a delete button that wasn't working properly. We fixed this.
• Requests > Creating a new request: We had an issue where for a moment the 'Save' button was greyed out and wouldn't save a new request.
• Owner login side: Custom Field was just spinning after we 'edit' and 'save'
• Fixed a lot of issues that were slowing the CPU down which resulted in our dashboard, owners app etc being bogged down and take a long time to load. These issues were related but not limited to Sending a massive email with over 1000 recipients, cron tasks related to Daily report, etc.
• Violation: Error when creating a new one.
• Email - Forward button didn't work for a minute.
• Inbox > Text > Mass text feature: we fixed some placeholders that weren't working
• Wysiwyg support: uploading an image wasn't working. We fixed this
• A one-off HOA: had some units that had credits on them that were showing incorrectly on the printed invoice.
• on-off HOA: Text message wasn't going through. we fixed it
• Website Logo: we had a bug where when you uploaded an image within the widgets that sometimes it would replace the HOA logo with the newest uploaded image. (fixed)
• Violations banner in the Owners app: The violations banner at the top of the page stayed there no matter what even if the violations were closed. We fixed this.
