Enhancements:

• Survey/Voting Results: We have now built a way for the survey/voting results to be shown as 2 different views. The first view has been how it's been built as visual graphs, etc for the global settings. However, there was an issue when there were questions that required manually typing text and how that was displayed so we built another view for 'per individual response' With this view they can also export as CSV and see all responses from each individual.
• Owner login - Requests: For the owner side we require the unit to be attached to the new request when created. However, for the dashboard side, we can create a request that is not tied specifically to a unit.
• Units > Custom Fields: We add more support around the requirements. We're showing which fields are required with an asterisk, but more importantly, we added the functionality to block the ability for the owner to edit a custom field.
• Check Batches: We're now supporting all check/cash payments with the ability to edit the original transaction and assign it to a check batch
• Owners list: We separate first and last names of owners so that the users can sort by last name if they'd like to.
• Requests: we added the timestamp and user name of who uploaded an image/file to an existing request
• New Request > Filling out a form: On the owners side we added some validation so that the user can't create a request until after they've completed the form.

 

New Features:

• Accounting Transactions: Due to bank accounts that interrupt the bank account connection and user error when reconnecting accounts, sometimes there are 'duplicate' transactions. We just built a tool to detect these and then a front end interface that will show an alert that there have been duplicate transactions detected and will allow the user to see both transactions and then ask them what they want done. If they want to keep them, delete one of them. etc. (Currently this is only pushed to a few super admins to continue to beta test.)
• Notifications for new request activity: This is located under permissions under an existing 'committee'. You can now select that you want to be notified when there is a new activity of new files/images uploaded to an existing request.

Bug Fixes:

• Email > Trash Folder: we had a rule displaying that we would automatically delete emails after 30 days of being in the trash folder but we weren't. We fixed this.
• Email Formatting: We had an email to one of the HOA's from 'Zelle' and the formatting was weird and made the menu show up weird. We fixed it.
• Fixed an issue for a scenario when using the 'Association_email_address' placeholder on a specific template.
• Accounting > Chart of accounts support: If we ever move any chart of accounts categories over to the bank accounts type then we need to automatically update the type in our database so that a transaction can be categorized.
