Enhancements:

• Units > Custom fields: we added an edit button to any existing custom fields. You can also edit the permissions of the custom field.
• Small Verbiage changes to help UX: added some verbiage to the Payment processing fees page specifically the $0.25 cent disbursement fee. . With the Voting campaign we changed a button to say 'Send & Save' with an alert that reminds them that it will send out notifications.

New Features:

• Phone number inbox: We added a Spam folder so that the dashboard admin can mark phone numbers as spam. We also added a delete text option to be able to delete a message.
• Built a Copy Form Features: We currently have 3 places where people can create forms. Requests, Websites, voting/surveys. We Made a way that they can copy a form to another location to save time from building out the entire form again.
• SpellCheck Feature: We integrated with a spell check feature for each of our wisiwig editors.

Bug Fixes:

• Moving Documents Button: was working but the loading screen wasn't refreshing
• Importing units/owners:bug when both primary owner and 2nd owner from import file is same, its causing a problem when trying to save unit_directory
• Automated emails getting stuck in processing: We added some logs and watched the process for days to find out that some emails were getting stuck in the 'processing' status. We fixed this going forward.
• Autopay payments: ran on the invoice date instead of the due date. This bug was in effect for 3 days and affected customers who were due on sept 1st 2024.
• Email Groups: The issue was that if an email assigned to a group was 'edited/updated' the group always pulled the original email address instead of the updated email address
• When requesting a password reset: 'Use the user_id of the owner' - this should help with future password reset issues
