Enhancements:

• Email folders - We added a button for the 'Move to folder' function when you're in the email details page (reading an email).
• Violation Status - Ability to create 'Closed' status: When creating a new violation status, you can now determine if the status should be a 'closed' status, which will then affect the violations report.
• Violations communication log - We made sure we're adding the 'to email' to this 'Print PDF' function.
• Owner login > directory: when you toggle on or off any options for showing your info on the directory the page will refresh immediately instead of showing the changes the next time the page is manually refreshed.
• Voting/survey campaigns > Groups: We added some verbiage to the dropdown so that the user will know which group was a manually created 'custom group' or not.
• Requests > owners completing requests that include forms: We combined the button that Saves the form information with the save button that creates the actual request so they're the same. (the issue was that owners were creating a request and filling out the form without 'creating' the request which never created it)
• Better functionality for 'Big' imports: we built a mechanism when there are more than 800 rows in an import file so that it becomes a background function so the software doesn't time out which will ensure that all rows get imported.
• Database backup redundancy: We added more database backup locations for more layers of secure data protection, in the cloud and locally.
• Voting/Survey campaigns > keeping the historical form data: We change the link within the campaign details page so that instead of linking back to the 'form' we're linking to the exact form that was used for the specific campaign. We also added the 'name of the form' when they click on the 'print results' button.

New Features:

• Email Spam tracking feature: This has been something on the list for some time now. We needed a tool to help us mark an email as spam to prevent future emails from clogging up the inbox.
• Accounting Reconciliation Tool: Currently only Nick and Nate have access to this tool as we continue to test with live accounts. As long as everything looks good within the next few weeks we will release it to all our customers. It's a pretty big tool that we built that helps with reconciling the amounts and hopefully saves time for those who are doing accounting.

Bug Fixes:

• Customer Import Tool: We fixed a bug related to custom fields on the import and the name of the 'property name' column so it will match the import sheet column. (this will help so it won't accidentally be entered as a custom field during the import.)
• Directory Toggle Buttons: these buttons weren't saving the changes. We fixed this.
• Owner login pages > The Notification Preferences were missing: We fixed this so that the owners can now see and change their specific owner notification preferences.
• Random: as always we're fixing many small random bugs, ie buttons not working, etc that we won't list all of them.
