Enhancements:
- Export past due report: We're now showing the 'total amount' at the bottom of the PDF
- Email Drafts: When editing an existing email draft we will now get the same options so that if you navigate away from the page an alert will ask you if you want to 're-save' your edits.
- Accounting tools > Actuals vs Budget Report: We added Subtotals under each category to help get an overview of subtotal amounts.
- Contractor Menu Item > Worked on the table of contractors to show quickly if there is a W9 entered or not. We added an input field to know when the 'Contract date' will be expired
- Email Attachments: We are now Allowing the ability of an MP3 and video attachment to work.
- Worked on Timing of auto-pay Cron Jobs that generate invoices/notifications: This was specifically for the scenario of when an HOA has a billing period set to zero. The invoices are generated first before the autopay script runs.
New Features:
- Website Builder with Widgets: This was a huge project. We changed up our entire website tool to have more options to add content, more pages, etc. We added the ability for Widgets, ie 1 column, 2 column, checklist, image carousel, pictures with overlay text, contact form, website forms, html form, HOA docs, News, events, and Board list.
- Website change: we built a Website 'Form' section: We can now create a form to show on the website that someone can go to the website and fill out without being an owner or logged into the software. The answers will be saved under the website page and the next feature related to this will be notifications to let the board know when there have been new submissions.
- More support around the Authorized Voters: we're now allowing a unit to not have an authorized voter (for unique scenarios) We also worked on a report to see a bird's eye view of all units and which ones have authorized voters & primary owners. (located under reports> 'Primary/Authorized Owners' report)
- Survey/Voting auto-save: We created the ability for the user who is answering the survey/voting campaign to have their answers automatically saved. In case they are in the middle of it and navigate away. If they come back their answers will be intact.
- Customer Import > Added ability for Custom unit fields: with this task, we made the ability to import custom fields directly on the import sheet
- Tools > Board members: we worked on the ability to 're-order' the board members which correlates to the website where the board members are shown automatically
Bug Fixes:
- Units list - Sorting by the balance column: we fixed this to work properly
- Printed invoice: Fixed a scenario where a zip code was missing on a printed invoice for an owner's address.
- Doc file type: When trying to download a 'Doc' file type we were appending a '.name' which was making it so the computer didn't recognize the file type. We fixed this.
- News/events formatting: specifically on the 'owner login' side the formatting wasn't staying intact of what was entered on the dashboard side. We fixed this.
- Accounting Transactions with the same ID values but lower case & upper case. This was causing some old transactions to populate that shouldn't be there because the ID from plaid was showing. We went through any existing transactions that were affected and manually removed the ones that weren't supposed to be there.
