Enhancements:

  • Tools > Settings > Association Address: we worked on individual input fields for street name, state, zip, etc so that we can work on the formatting better for the address placeholder.
  • Unit > unit history: We added more info for the log to record: When a recurring due is saved or edited for the unit along with who edited and a time stamp.
  • Print button: for some emails specifically the ones within the Violations Log Email section, and for the system notifications area on the owner's page.

New Features:

  • Reports > 'Credit reports': We added a new page to this report called 'Current units with credit' so you can see all units with active credit sitting on their account.
  • More Logic around Creation of Credits: To help HOAs with potential confusion with credits that sit on owners' accounts, we built more logic around when someone initially 'adds a credit' to a unit. We are checking to see if there is a balance on the unit that the credit can pay and then we're asking the user if they want to use the credit they're currently adding to pay the invoice or if they want the credit to sit on the account. The problem in the past was that admins were adding credit to people's accounts but never 'applying' the credit properly. This should help with this.
  • Internal Operations Sales report: for Easy HOA to quickly see each Association, which services are enabled, etc.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed a few bugs with the recent release of our new website tools that had to do with showing duplicate pages on the 'edit' side of the website pages (not on the live sites).
  • Website Forms > Fixed a bug that temporarily broke the create a form function for the website page.
  • Import Tool > We fixed some functionality where when there was an owner who owned multiple Units they weren't getting imported correctly to show that and so we had to manually assign the owner after the import.
  • Had a bug where if a user edited a number ID within the URL they could access a different person's information, possibly usually just name, address, etc and it would have to be done manually. We jumped on this and fixed this with all 'IDs' among the dashboard and the owner's login pages.
  • Past due report - wasn't filtering properly with the 'balance' column. Fixed! The 'Export PDF' button wasn't working correctly. Fixed!
  • Unit info > Custom fields: these were missing for a moment and we fixed it
