New Features:

Added Templates ability under the 'owner page': This allows a board member to navigate to just the owner page and send the owner an email instead of going through the entire email compose process to send an email to 1 person.

Accounting Tools > Pending Transactions: We're not adding the pending transactions that we are getting notified from the bank within the 'Transactions' section of the accounting tools. We made it so we can't categorize/review these pending transactions until they have 'settled' in the bank account. When the transaction settles then we're allowing this functionality.

Email > Drafts capability: We added the ability to save emails as drafts. If you're at the last page of sending an email and try to navigate away an alert will pop up and ask if you want to save the email as a draft or not.

Enhancements:

Violations > Upload Image: We made this more user-friendly so that they don't have to save an image and then still have to click another button to 'upload' the image. Now it will automatically upload the image and refresh the screen after they select the image from their computer.

Bank account deposit report. - We are now tying fees related to an owner next to the owner's name that links over to the specific transaction that initiated the payment. We worked on how to handle the funds released from reserve, and funds held in reserve and how to show this on the bank account deposit report. We are separating the view of payments/fees from the owners, vs the fees from the merchant account. We are also showing now if there is ever an error with sending the deposit to the bank account (ie invalid etc)

Billing - Fee Descriptions: We’ve had a few scenarios where there was a fee created from the “late/lien” rules but we didn’t know which “invoice” triggered the rule to generate the fee. We added some descriptions and a link to the fee that references which invoice triggered the rule/fee.

Past due report: We added a column for mailing addresses in the CSV

Board Titles: These titles included the name of the HOA as a tag on the 'owners list' which would make the tags long, We shortened the tag to only show 'board - title' to help with spacing.

Verbiage change: occasionally we're fixing verbiage within the software to be more consistent. We changed some areas where it said 'recurrent due' to 'recurring due' to match

Unit > Documents: Ability for folders and sub-folders in this document section specific to the unit.

Email Inbox: In the main email list, we're mimicking how Google shows the recipients by showing the name of the Recipient now instead of the name of the HOA if it was a sent email. We replaced the name of the HOA with 'Me' if it's from the HOA. This will help quickly decipher which emails are from owners more easily.

Forms - When a form is completed in a request: We wanted to add a header that shows the request title, unit, owner, date, etc. This will help when they are printing this PDF off for later.

Voting/Surveys campaign: Details of an active campaign > We added a total # at the bottom of the campaign to see how many people it sent to. Added the phone number to the list. We added filtering to sort the columns, added an export to CSV option, and worked on a different way to generate the PDF for the bigger PDF. results.

Bug Fixes:

Owner login > Owner profile image: We lost the ability for the owner to upload their picture. We fixed that and made it better

operations: Fixed an account that didn't get saved/added properly to operations when we were in the middle of working on the 'from' email address to support.

ACH Failure: when we sent the email to the HOA the $amount was always showing $0. instead of the original amount that was attempted. We're now showing the original $amount that was attempted and failed in the email notification

Accounting bank account syncing: we worked on the code so that the accounts will be synced automatically once per day. We can always still click the 'sync' button to initiate a manual sync.

Archiving billing history - Fixed and found a scenario where if you were archiving a certain line item the wrong alert would show and say that you were 'Un-archiving'

Revenue report - date search: Fixed a scenario where the start date was off by 1 day in the results when filtering.

Accounting > Transactions: We fixed a bug where some disabled transactions showed back up on the list when we did a 'resync'. We fixed this so it wouldn't happen after they've been disabled.

Survey/Voting: we found an issue where if there was a large list of owners in a campaign there was a potential that it could time out so we worked on the backend code to move some of the functions so that it wouldn't be able to time out in the middle of the process.
