Here's our most recent updates

• Tools > Late/Lien Rules: Added ability for fees to be generated via a percentage instead of a flat fee. this will apply to any category invoice categorized as 'due'
• Billing > Credits: We went through about 10+ different scenarios of how credits should work and fixed any bugs related to the balances and applying the credits.
• Archiving billing history: There were some scenarios where if a line item was archived and it had an amount it would just take that amount out of the balances. However it causes issues, so we made the archiving feature so that it doesn't change anything with the balances. Archiving line items simply hides the line from the billing history. We added some verbiage to let the user know this is how it works. We also pulled a list of about 130 units across all of our HOAs that had mismatching balances due to this change, We manually went through each one of them and zeroed out the archived line items so the balances would match.
• Violation Letter/Email: When sending or printing a violation letter, we now support images from the saved templates. We also support images that have been uploaded onto the actual violation. Now the HOA can create a more professional-looking Letter heading image if they'd like and save that as the template.
• Accounting > Bank transactions sync: We fixed the issue of having Pending transactions from the bank account being synced. We now do not show these and we wait until the transactions have settled.
• Accounting > Transaction detail logs: worked on the logs to only show pertinent info from Plaid
• Accounting > Account IDs: We put a focus on supporting the Account IDs of each category. So now if you go to the 'P&L', 'Balance Report', or the 'Budget' report you will see the account IDs. We also added a 'sort by' option to sort by ascending or descending order of account ID.
• Miscellaneous Items: Created the ability to sort the owners directory by the category of 'lot' column. Owners App > we moved the image thumbnail of the owner (if uploaded) to the Owners section under the unit dashboard instead of under the 'settings' menu page. We fixed the padding of the menu in the owners app.
• Bug fix for Committee Notifications: found a bug where the new activity notification was going out to the committee member even if they didn't have the notification option enabled
• Admin Dashboard > Owner page > System notifications: Fixed a display issue where it wasn't showing that the text notification was being sent out.
• Bug fix: sorting of events on the website in descending order
