2024 - 4/22

  • Accounting Tools > We added a log under each transaction so we know who created it, what the update was, and when it happened.
  • Accounting Tools > We have had some issues with the transactions coming over the bank showing the 'pending' charges in the bank account and then it will either drop off or come over again as a duplicate when it 'settles' We've changed our sync to not include Pending transactions.
  • Accounting Tools > Balance Sheet PDF: We worked on the 'padding' of the margins for this report, increased the font size a little bit and made the font darker so it's easier to read.
  • Accounting Tools > Chart of Accounts: We updated the category list when adding/editing a transaction so that the category list will only show 'active' categories instead of all (including archived) categories
  • Accounting Tools > Account IDs: We are now including the account IDs on the P&L and the balance sheet if applicable, We also made a sorting option to sort by account ID.
  • Directory: We're now showing the Lot number on the Owners Login side.
  • Operations Search Bar: we can now search for board members and operations will locate which HOA they are a part of. We're also showing this info in our operations customers' accounts. (this will help with support when different people call in or email in)
  • Fixed some misspellings within the software - also changed some labels of 'primary contact' to 'primary owner'
  • Violations front end - Dashboard > We arrange the cards a little differently to accommodate the space better

Bug Fix: found a bug for duplicate categories showing up on a budget report,

Bug Fix: with accounting 'split transactions' show different amounts than what they should've been. We located all scenarios and fixed them.

Bug Fix: Committee Notifications - this was sending updates/notifications out regardless if the user had the email/text checkbox enabled or not. We fixed this.
