2024 - 4/16

General updates:

  • Mobile responsiveness of owner menu item - This was specifically for the sub-menu items. Before when we clicked the submenu items the whole menu would go away and you would have to click the 3 lines again to go into the menu.
  • Request Bugs Fixed: The 'Primary Owner' link wasn't going to the correct owner page, The email notification when selecting a template was loading the name of the template as the subject line instead of the subject line of the template.
  • Display issue for mobile iPad device - The filter for the Unit list wasn't displaying correctly if the pagination was moved to the 2nd page.
  • External Payment Method - This payment method wasn't adding credits when more money was collected than what was owed. We fixed this.
  • Owner Address supports custom state/providences/locations: We added the ability for an Owner address to have a custom state/providence/region. For example, they can click on 'custom' and then type in 'Mexico' if the owner's primary address is in Mexico.

Survey & Voting Enhancements: we made some awesome improvements here

  • We added the survey/voting 'link' to the email and the text message that goes out (instead of just a link to the owner's app login page). This link uses the email or phone number to authenticate the user and they can vote without logging into their owner app. However, if the user is signed into their app we made the surveys more mobile-friendly so they don't have to scroll horizontally to click the 'answer' button.
  • We also created a button to 'resend reminders' out for the survey to everyone at once (but excluding the owners who have already answered).
  • We created a button to send reminders out to 'selected' owners as well.
  • We added the time and date stamp when you hover over the 'email sent' and 'text sent' so you can see when it was sent.
  • We built an 'Export PDF' button of the recipients of who was sent and who answered the survey and when (Florida state law requires condo boards to keep records for electronic votes with time stamps)
  • End Date can now be 'edited' as long as the campaign hasn't closed yet.
  • We also created a new 'Voting group' that comes with the software that includes everyone who does NOT have a past due amount on their unit. called 'Owners - Not past due'

Violations & Requests Enhancements:

  • First we worked on spacing with a few of the tiles and expanding the communication log tile bigger. Next, we worked on the functionality of email threads within the violation/request page.
  • See screenshots below... In this first screenshot, you'll see when there is a new violation/request email. These emails will show in 2 areas. The main inbox, and in the 'violation/requests' pages.

Within the violation or request details: the user can reply directly to the violation/request communication thread as seen in the screenshot below. The purpose of this is to help with the limited user permissions for ARC committee users when given access to only see violations and or requests then they can see communication and respond to the communication without having access to the full email inbox.
