Enhancements

• Mass Text Feature - Added the ability to send a text on a mass level to all owners in the HOA. This is not a 'group' text but rather a Mass text capability. We also added a few preloaded groups (all owners, primary owners, and board members). We also created the ability for placeholders to be added to the text message.
• Owner Login Pages Formatting - We worked on the front end look of the Owner Login Pages, Formating so the tiles fit better, Headings, Font sizes, Menu of the pages etc.
• Accounting - General Ledger: Added a search bar to search titles, descriptions, etc within the general ledger
• Email Inbox & Email Sent Folder - Worked on loading times. HOA's with many emails the loading time was becoming long. We were able to speed this up.
• Emails bouncing: From EasyHOA to Verizon, AOL, and Yahoo Email recipients. We added some DNS records to our domain name to update the SPF and DKIM for SendGrid. so that we're more 'trusted' which should help with deliverability
• Invoice Categories - Ability to edit: We made the ability to edit categories of invoices after they've been paid.
• Tools>Directory>Pagination: Worked on the user-friendliness with pagination of the Directory list.
• Survey/Voting Answers: we made some voting and survey answers a little darker so older people can see them better. Also worked on the sorting of voting and survey campaigns so the user can sort via open, start dates, etc.
• API Cloud Server CPU increase - We increase CPU capacity because a few of our scripts that are run are getting larger due to the number of HOA owners/units being added to the database and have been bogging down the server at specific times.
• Archived violations: fixed a bug where the content for violations wasn't showing the content after they were archived
• Violation Creation: Fixed a specific scenario where the violation wasn't being created if the email wasn't generated from a template and it didn't have a subject line.
• Violations: The violation image time stamp is now updated to the time zone of the HOA. We also fixed the links that were showing the primary owner and the secondary owner.
• Notification preferences - units with the same owner should be independent of other units' notification preferences (for the same owner)
• Email group status - worked on the status showing in more scenarios
• Demo Site - The phone number has been hardcoded on the header of the demo website so people can't change it.
