Enhancements

  • Group Email Validation - We built some validations when it comes to sending group emails to lots and lots of people to prevent the HOA email address from getting a copy of each email to the BCC. This one is hard to explain but, there was some issue with having the email get flagged/bounced because we were sending an email to the recipient from the HOA email address but we're also copying the HOA email address.
  • Survey Answer results: The time stamp was pulling the UTC time zone instead of the time zone that was set by the HOA.
  • Events/News edit button: We made an edit button and made it more user-friendly so when you click on it, it auto scrolls to the top of the page where you need to edit the info.
  • Unit detail balance report (due date): the due date column was calculating the due date and was off 1 day from the real next due date.
  • Access to Archived Phone Recordings: Made it so if a call recording has been archived you can still hear the sound clip
  • Accounting Tools, Balance sheet: Found a bug where in some scenarios the 'retained earnings' category wasn't showing on the report
  • Owner logins without Org ID - Found a bunch of owners without an Org ID and we fixed them and created some validations moving forward
  • Association due generated without a title - This was an issue because the invoice and receipt didn't say what the payment was for. We found out why it didn't generate the invoice without a title and fixed it going forward. We also added another line on the receipts that shows the existing rest of the balance if any for the unit (sort of like a statement for the unit but this shows on the receipt)
  • Surveys: Adding a custom Group: Fixed a bug that wasn't loading the recipients for custom groups
  • Violations updating the '# of days open' when closed: With this, we made it so that when the violations have been marked as closed we stop counting the '# of days open'
  • Deleting a category on the billing period settings page: fixed a small issue that was preventing deleting a category
  • Automated receipt template sent to multiple owners on a unit: fixed this so that 'ALL' owners get the receipt when there's a payment made on a unit
  • Revenue report PDF: Fixed an issue with the PDF button for the revenue report
  • Random: This one won't make much sense but we worked on some backend code that helps with some Internal reporting with tasks and creating tasks with the same name
