New Features:

• Owner Login > Violations/Requests: We added a view-only log of the communication that was emailed to the owner from the HOA.
• Events/News PDF file: When creating an events/news then we added the ability to upload a PDF format file
• Billing history PDF report: located under the 'unit>billing history' We added the HOA name, the Unit name, and the primary owner for the unit to the top header of this PDF when it gets generated.
• Dues Invoice reminder Template: We changed this template to work for 'ALL' automatic recurring dues instead of just the very first one that was set up.

Bug fixes & Enhancements:

• Accounting Tools: Fixed the 'Budget vs actuals report' where it was pulling a few numbers that were off.
• Accounting Tools Transactions: Fixed a small issue where the 'category ID wasn't being saved when reviewing a transaction through a certain scenario.
• worked on HTTPS: when Copying and pasting a link to the owner login link.. Clicking on the link would take you to the HTTPS login page, But if you copied the link and pasted it then the link didn't have the HTTPS part.
• Email inbox > Sent > Email Status: The name of the user and the email were showing up as 2 different rows in the statuses. We fixed this and worked on a scenario where the 'status' wasn't updating. There was also a specific scenario of how the recipients were added that the email errored out and didn't send which we fixed.
• User experience verbiage: Added some clarity with verbiage when adding a new owner manually and what to expect when creating a password for the owner.
• Allow email addresses from Zoom: we added the Zoom email addresses to our SendGrid account so that the HOAs can get emails from Zoom.
• Bug fix for a request button. Bug Discovery: we've had a few one-off scenarios of an owner user who when they clicked on a button within their request didn't do anything. We found a scenario where an owner can be assigned to an HOA, but not the parent organization then creates this issue.
• & Symbol in CSV of some financial reports - We fixed this 'amp' instead of using the & symbol
• Fixed the  symbol that randomly showed in the content of a few emails:
• Custom email group: editing a group name wasn't updating, we fixed this.
