Enhancements:
- Survey/voting campaigns Log: We created a change log in case any answers to campaigns get changed. This is primarily to catch any patterns of funny business by board members. We're keeping track of what was changed, the times stamp, and by whom. We also added some verbiage to help the user know the difference between anonymous and detailed types of campaigns.
- Reports: added the lot number to the bank account deposit reports, also created the ability to filter by unit on the primary authorized voter report.
- Tools/committee: The committee screen is labeled as an archive but confirms it will be deleted.. > Changed to say 'Delete'
- Reports: Renter report > We added the “unit name” as a column

Bug Fixes:
- Text Editor Issues: Because of the new text editor that we pushed live last week there were a few bugs that popped up that we fixed. The editor content area wasn't showing under the website widgets edit pages, also we weren't able to save an email draft for a few days. (fixed!)
- Creating a new website widget for the news/event we were getting an error about missing fields. (fixed!)
- templates > When creating/saving the formatting gets removed (fixed!)
- BUG: The email send button doesn't work from the owner profile. (fixed!)
- My Team > Permissions issue: Limited users to modify the accounting settings page (fixed!)
- Allowing HTML from outside sources on our website builder > The XCC was blocking some of this HTML code. (fixed!)
- Can't create or edit an existing form (fixed!)
- Fixed the '&r' symbol and other strange characters that were showing (fixed)
- Ability for super admins to adjust the accounting tools settings of 'Fiscal year' (fixed!)
- We made payment fields 'not scrollable'. What was happening is that if someone entered an amount in a field and accidentally scrolled on their mouse then the payment field number would go up or down based on the scroll.
- Units > Billing history: Payment processing fees: We weren't automatically assigning the payment fee categories. We now are so that some of the reports (past due) etc will show these invoices if sorted as such.
- Requests were timing out there was a form/survey/file that had an attachment that was too big. We found a way to limit the attachments to these forms to be 3mb per file so people don't bog down these forms with huge file attachments.
- The 'paid_line_item' placeholder for templates was showing on all templates instead of only for receipts. We fixed this
- Creating an 'approval' from the 'requests' wasn't working (fixed!)
- Random individual HOA issues: we had some bugs related only to specific HOA's. Fixed a Units balance, Fixed a report that wasn't able to be exported, website link for documents wasn't working. etc.
Features Coming Soon: We're finishing up mobile apps for android and IOS. Started working on an in-app announcement tool so we can communicate changes more easily to our customers
