New Features:

Email support for greater than 1000 recipients: We built a tool behind the scenes to support sending email groups out that are over 1000 emails. We were limited to 1000 emails however some HOAs have more than 1000 email addresses that they email out on a mass level. We were able to split groups on the fly in the backend and send all the emails successfully.

Cron Job Processes - This is a backend feature we built for ourselves that alerts us if it detects any cron jobs that have failed. (meaning any automated processes and scripts that should've run)

Bug fixes and Enhancements:

Request & Violations: in the main lists and in the details we changed the 'sent to' label to 'primary owner' because nothing was necessarily being sent on creation and instead it was just being assigned to a unit. We also removed the dropdown to select an owner and instead are just allowing the selection of the unit and just listing all the owners of the unit.

Email compose from owner: This wasn't working for a short time, we fixed the ability to send an email directly from the owner page > compose

Events/News: on the website, we're now listing these in chronological order, and then if they don't have a date we're showing them after that.

Accounting Tools: Fixed some bugs surrounding the journal entry, balance sheet, etc so the amounts show debits and credits the correct way.

Accounting Budget vs Actuals: This reporting should be looking better now and should be recording amounts properly for the categories that income/expenses have been reconciled to.

ACH Convenience Fee - Located a bug for when an owner made a payment when the HOA had ACH convenience fees set up where the convenience fee wasn't being charged. We located it and fixed it going forward.

Accounting Bank Account Connection - plaid stopped the transactions sync if we didn't get the bank balance sync. So we were able to change the backend so we still sync transactions regardless.

Templates list - Under the custom templates we added some info next to the templates used by the 'late/lien' feature so it's a quick easy view to know what's going on.

Requests Verbiage - For owners creating a request with a form attached to it. They were getting done with the form which had some verbiage that said, 'Thank you for completing the form', but they weren't clicking 'Complete' . We added some more verbiage to help the user.
