No video for this dev update. I don't think we need one because it's mainly bug fixes and small enhancements. The big one in this update was switching the text editor.

Enhancements:

• Tools > Print page: We're only loading the info of the current tab/page you are on to help with load speed.
• Tools > Print invoices: We've been working on naming the zip files and pdf files to help with organization when printing. We were able to get the zip files more condensed so it will show 100 invoices per file. Also, it will add the note now in the invoices, as well as the file names will say 'invoice' instead of 'receipt'
• Reports > Bank account deposit: We did some aesthetic work on how the fees are displayed with the headers.
• Requests > We change the 'Board communication tile' to be more of a 'notes' area instead of a communication area. We change the 'send' button to 'add'. (we have an 'Approvals' area where the board can communicate more if they need to.
• Tools > Committee Notifications area: we made this page better so that things fit better then we added a dropdown for the request status change area to help determine which status type they're getting notified for. We also made the 'new request file upload' include if they fill out a 'form' on the request
• Transactions > Import Transactions tool: We added row numbers to Transactions import and we throw an error message with the row number if applicable to help the user know what's wrong with the import file.
• Text Editor: Our old text editor that we were using was charging us per page load. So each page load of composing emails, templates, etc we were getting charged, so we switched it up to be a different text editor which was a lot of work! Along with this, we had to purchase a different Spell-check program that is

New Features

• Invoice Printing: Tools > Print: We created a Custom list for the print feature so that an HOA can keep a list that's only for people who need a physical paper invoice.

Bug Fixes:

• PHP Special characters affecting the search bar on the owner's login side for the directory (fixed!)
• the new Violation fee placeholder wasn't working (fixed!)
• Billing history PDF we added the address of the HOA and the address of the primary owner and unit.
• The demo login page wasn't working because we changed the password to the Don Little account.
• Accounting > GL date range of showing all transactions even from the previous year (fixed!)
• Email notification to fill out a survey had a link that was showing as text instead of a link. (fixed!)
• Text editor was removing the HTML formatting on email compose, replies, templates etc. (fixed!)
