We've pushed some more fixes live recently, here's an update of the most recent Dev updates.

Bug fixes and Enhancements

Dues invoice reminder - We adjusted this to work and 'match' the billing period of when the invoice gets generated whether that's 10 days, 1 day, or 60 days.

Email forwarding - Emails that were automatically being forwarded through the HOA Email to a personal email weren't working if there was an attachment in the email.

Limited user permissions - We worked on this task because there was an issue where depending on what was selected it wasn't properly blocking permissions

Accounting - worked on the title that shows when the P&L statement was downloaded as a CSV. it was showing profit & loss'. We also made the font color darker on all of the reports when they go to a PDF so people can read it better

Payment showing .01 cent off - There was a rounding issue we were rounding an occasional payment to where it was showing 1 cent off on the payment and the bank account deposit report.

Website events/news - fixed a small bug to make sure whatever events/news are showing on the website we're also showing on the owner login side

Unit-specific Documents - This is located under the 'unit' and then 'documents'. We built a 'sharing' feature here so that if they choose to, they can also share these 'unit-specific documents' with the owners who are also tied to this unit.

Customer import - If they don't have an address on the import > then on the 'Association due name' we're not showing an 'Association due - Empty field'
