Enhancements:

• Tools > Print: with the previous enhancement we made we allowed this to be a background feature that creates a 'zip' file since the file can be so large. This zip file was downloading all files as individual files when they were extracted. We were able to change this so that it remains 1 large PDF file so that when the user opens the file they can print all invoices at once instead of clicking into each file separately.
• Email > Links: We worked on how links look and are sent in emails. Sometimes they were showing for the recipient but not in our 'sent' folder.
• Owner logins > Mailing address: Under their Unit tile, we removed the 'mailing address' because it was being confused with the owner's mailing address. Instead, it was the mailing address of the HOA. Now, we are adding a column under the Owners of the unit to show the mailing address of each owner. This can be updated by the owner under their 'settings' page.
• Owner Login Report > We added a filter to toggle between showing info based on per-owner or per-unit.
• Requests > communication log area: we added some columns; 'Last updated' & 'created date'. Also, when you open up an email thread, we're organizing the emails by date.
• Primary Authorized Owner report: We created a save feature to keep the user at the same point on the screen after they hit 'save' so if they have a lot of owners and they're making changes they won't get redirected to the top of the page and they can continue to work on the list where they left off.

New Features:

• Email Invoice Button: We made a new feature where it's easy to email the current invoice to the owner with a click of the button. Located on the unit page. This button shows up next to the balance if greater than $0.
• We added a basic 'Renter profile' for units correlating with the renter report. Renter Profile Video

Bug Fixes:

• Email Settings > Email Signature: This wasn't saving correctly with the format that was edited. We fixed this!
• Email Sending Error: We fixed an error that occasionally appears called 'Failed to Fetch'
• Committee Notifications > When uploading a file: We were sending a notification for every file added regardless of request type, however, the user was only assigned to specific request types.
• If a billing line item invoice is changed to $0 we mark it as paid but if we then edit it again to a $amount greater than zero. then we weren't marking it as unpaid again.. We fixed this so it accurately shows on reports.
• Added some validation for when you are creating a violation with a fee. If you didn't put a due date then it wouldn't save. We added an alert to let the end user know.
• Fixed a bug called 'TypeError: failed to fetch' when sending an email from the dashboard>owners page.
• Editing a request Details: When editing the name of a request and changing a category. the category wasn't changing. Fixed this
