New Enhancements:

• Owner login > Auto-pay info: Added a small card on the unit details page that shows if the unit is currently on 'auto-pay' or not. On the payment methods page, we are now showing which owner added the payment method.
• Added a new Default Email Group > Owners that haven't logged into the software yet.
• Dashboard > Billing History > Full History PDF: In the header of the PDF, we put the 'date range' of the billing history. We also worked on the page split so it's not cutting off info in between the pages.
• Import Transaction Tool > worked on user-friendliness so that debits and credits were imported the correct way as money in and money out of the bank account.

New Features:

• Print Feature - Ability to print Templates (Located under 'Tools > Print). We now have a tab called 'Print Custom Templates': With this feature, you can filter the owners, Select the template you'd like to print (using placeholders or not), and then 'generate PDF' which will generate all the letters in a PDF which you can print out.

Bug Fixes/Other:

• Fixed the Deleting an Archived Request. (we were still showing 'deleted' requests/violations on the owner login view.) We also added an alert to this function so the admin who deletes a request/violation will know that it will be permanently deleted.
• Fixed the automated template that sends out when there has been a new recurring payment method added to the unit. (It wasn't working)
• We fixed the PDF button that wasn't working when there was a large amount of info for the active dues report.
• We worked on an internal report that is checking our system to make sure that auto-pays for the HOA's are running correctly. We will get notified if they don't run for some reason.
