New Enhancements:

• Text Message Improvements: New text message threads will pop up at the top of the text table
• Dashboard > Violations: Added a way to 'un-archive' a violation. We also made it so that if an owner responds to an older thread that's tagged apart of a violation that it will float to the top of the communication log instead of being buried further down if there is a lot of communication threads.
• Dashboard > Violations: IF a violation is archived it will still show up under the admin dashboard side of Units> violations/requests > Past violations/request page; We also added a column to show if the violation is active or archived in case someone un-archives the violation but the status is still set as 'closed' then it will display that properly on this page.
• Dashboard > Documents: changed 'date' to 'Date created' as well as added filters to sort by the columns.
• Dashboard > Tools > Email Settings: When adding a new custom email group we added a dropdown to show/select an existing group that you can then modify instead of starting a group from scratch.
• Inbox > Text: We improved a bunch of visual user-friendliness with the texts. Showing a green check box when the text has been sent successfully, fixed the little info underneath each text with the time date stamp, We added a search bar for the text page, We are also displaying the number next to the name of the owner for each text thread.
• Violation Report Formatting: We worked on the user-friendliness for this report, especially in the 'past due' area.

New Features: No new features in this update

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a bug where sometimes the Texts for the same number were in different threads:
• Fixed a bug that had to do with the name of the attachment in an email: If there were different attachments with the same name and sent the same day then the attachments would overwrite each other and be the same.
• Fixed a bug related to showing the 'remaining balance' on the receipts. It was duplicating the info and the remaining balance was incorrect.
• Fixed an email bug related to mass emails sent that totalled more than 900 email addresses at a time. If there is 300 emails in the 'To' and 800 emails in the 'BCC' we have to force all emails to be sent via BCC. We created alerts for this to let the user know and fixed the bug that was happening.
