Enhancements:

  • End Date for Recurring Dues - This is primarily for HOAs that want to set up an additional recurring due for maybe special assessments or something but with an end date, sort of like a payment plan. Along with this enhancement, we're showing the end date on the 'active dues report' as well as on the unit page. When the end date passes we remove the recurring due, and under the 'billing' tab for the unit, there is an 'expired dues' page where you can still see old recurring dues.
  • AUTO-PAY - We made some changes to the Billing Logic surrounding the 'Auto-Pay' feature. We added some verbiage to the Payment Methods page where you set up the autopay for a unit in case you forget how this works. But we made it so that 'all' recurring dues setup for a unit will be subject to 'autopay'. We also made it so that if a one-time invoice is created with the category of 'due' and the due date is set to the future then the 'auto-pay' will attempt to pay that invoice on the due date as well.
  • Payment Methods - We added the ability for an external payment method. This is only shown from the dashboard admin side and not the Owner payment pages. Also, it can be turned on or off from the payment processing page.
  • Fixed an alert message - The alert message was not showing the new 'cc per transaction convenience fee' at the time it was being charged.
  • Login IDs - If you modify an email address of the owner within the dashboard, then the software doesn't create a new ID, instead it will now edit the current ID. (this will allow the old password to work for the updated email address)
  • Rounding issue with budget: When you first enter a yearly budget the software will take that number and divide it by the number of months for the budget (usually 12) but that wasn't always a whole number for every single month so we needed to update some of the monthly projected budget numbers.
  • Accounting - fixed a bug that had to do with not showing the add journal entry when it had to do with the Cash on hand transactions - also added some validation so you can't enter a date earlier than 2010 as the year. (someone entered 0023 as the year instead of 2023)
  • Validation for Authorized voters - We added some validations in this area because we noticed some scenarios where there were 2 authorized voters for 1 unit. or maybe there were no authorized voters for a unit.
  • Email Attachments sizes - Worked on how the attachments and size limits work with sending emails through our email tool. Per the attachment file size limit is 15 MB. and the entire email can't have more than 30 MB. We added alert notices to communicate the errors to the user if the limit is met.
  • Random Bug fixes: Owner Login Report - Fixed Sorting for the, Fixed some placeholders that could show up when an email is sent.
